We didn’t like that there was no handle bar in the shower to hang onto. We would have liked to see hooks to hang clothes on in the bathroom like for a robe or something. Also having the bathroom door faces the beds with a frosted door was not good anytime someone got up at night to go to the bathroom it would shine on the beds.

The phone in our room did not work and the fan in the bathroom quit working on the second night. These were not huge issues just some general maintenance. Alerted the front desk and they offered to over us but we let them know that it was unnecessary just wanted them to know of the issues. The pool was quite cold and the doors to the outside near the pool were open letting additional cold air in. Pool area was very slippery.

Staff Eli and Natalie were amazing. Anything we needed they took care of. They were very friendly and sweet. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendants were very attentive. The housekeeper was very nice. Enjoyed the fitness center and pool but it was quite cold. Room was very large and nicely set up. The guest laundry was a definite plus.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I was charged $4.95 for “Data Service” which was not explained, and I don’t know what it was for. I emailed the hotel for an explanation but haven’t heard back yet. The heating unit in the room blew air right onto you when lying in the bed. There was no ability to re-direct the flow of air.

The room had a strong chlorine and chemical smell. It wasn't super close to the pool, so that was odd.

It was easy to check in, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

There was a strong smell of weed. The breakfast could’ve had more hot foods item like sausage.

It was convenient to get to and from the airport. We were traveling and this was important. The room was very good for our family size.

I dont like the lady at check in. She told us that there is no booking under my name she did not even make an effort to solve it and just told us to call bookings.com. Good thing the guy help us and just a second he checked us in with no problem. Not a good service with that lady though not professional!

24/7 coffee in the lobby would have been great. Each room does have a coffee maker and coffee. It looked clean enough, but I just have a personal phobia with all hotel in room coffee makers.

Breakfast was great and there were different selections from day to day and the food was replenished quickly. Whole staff was friendly.

The pool deck was extremely slippery and a bit on the smaller side.

It was very clean, the lobby was large open and felt very inviting. They have complimentary beverages which were great!

I booked a room for my daughters 13th birthday party. She was having a few friends come to spend the night. When her and i checked in, two of the nicest front desk people that i've ever encountered were chatting with us and I mentioned that we were there for her birthday. They were so sweet and kind to her and made her feel very special. We got to our room but before we could go in, the amazing gentleman from the front desk came running up and said that they were going to upgrade our room to an executive queen suite so that we would have more room for guests! My daughter felt like a celebrity at this point and the room was HUGE! Absolutely beautiful. Additionally, the hotel staff gave her a gift bag filled with treats and a cute little "party" sign. Her friends were so excited with the accommodations and it was such a nice treat for my daughter. I am remiss that I didn't catch the names of these two wonderful humans but just know that you absolutely made my daughters 13th birthday a very memorable one!

Only comment was there was never enough half and half for the coffee. Had to use the little half and half creamers which didn't give you enough.

The night before checking out, we had ordered pizza and ate in our room. There was a few slices left, so we were going to pack them up before checking out the following morning. When I lifted the box to throw it away, there was a bunch of ants underneath the box and on the table. They were not there throughout our stay beforehand. We even found some by the coffee maker and in the bathroom. I informed the front desk as we were checking out and let them know we tried to kill as many as we found and had to throw away the remaining slices of the pizza. The front desk apologized and said they have this problem whenever it rained, like it did the night before. That the ants would come in during the rain and they would climb in the walls (we were on the second floor). They said they would get an exterminator for the room and we left.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and the shower was nice. They have a nice gym and the housekeeping was kind and accommodating.
