The fire alarm in the middle of the night was heart-stopping. The breakfast was mediocre.

When we arrived the room had trash in the sink, no toilet paper. The pull out couch bedding was dirty. We had to ask for extra blankets 2 different times. Also aat the end of one of the beds, it felt like there was a hole in the subfloor. We were on the 3rd floor so it felt unsafe. Also the elevator made a weird noise and we did not see a sticker of last inspection

The deign of the room was horrible. They have 1 small tv in the middle of the bedroom and living room area. Why wouldn’t you have a tv hung on the wall for the bedroom and another tv on the cabinet they’re already using for the single tv. While laying in bed you can’t even watch tv without laying crossword on the bed. I’ve never seen a hotel room designed this way. If you have a guest sleeping in the pullout bed. You have to compromise ok who gets to watch the only tv in the room.  Ridiculous.

CABLE, CABLE. No menu and it did cut in and out. One treadmill in the gym didn't work. Breakfast was medicore, what happen to scrambled eggs and potatoes? Need more options.

Cleanliness, pillows and soft bed. Gym was clean. Parking was great, coffee all day is fantastic. Oatmeal was great

Housekeeping was nonexistent. Instructed to order 24 hours in advance. We did that and still no housekeeping. Wastebaskets were full and over flowing. Ran out of toilet paper. Had to go to front desk for all amentiies.

I didn't like that the jacuzzi wasn't working. Also when I checked in, they tried to give me a king room when I booked a 2 queen suite. They said there was a note to put me in a king suite since there were only 2 members in my party. I specifically booked 2 queen since I was with a friend. Then during check out, they charged me more than what was on booking.com and said it was because I requested a room change! After the staff was rude to me, they did kindly chase after me and fix it. But wow! What a hassle! I don't think it was worth it for all the trouble they gave me.

Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the room and the indoor pool.

The breakfast was ok. Need to make sure that things are kept stocked. We had to wait on things to be brought out. Coffee was always empty. It was a sold out weekend so she needed help thats for sure.

Nice location. Very clean breakfast area quite small but nice. Had plenty of room in our suite. We only stayed for 1 night so didnt use alot of the amenities.

The hotel was shutdown for renovation with no hotel staff to help. Only a few construction workers on site. I was sent an email that reservation was canceled from personal email so it was not enough for booking.com. I had to go to location but still didn't solve anything

After a very long day my partner and I finally arrived at the hotel (August 4th) We had been calling all day because the reservation was accidentally made for the 5th but we got no answer…guy at front desk helped us switch it over no big deal. We go into the hotel room and I immediately am HEAVILY disappointed. A weird smell took over the whole room and I had to use half a bottle of spray to mask the old moldy odor. I walk to the sink to brush my teeth only to find a hair…I walk into the bathroom and find short pubic hairs around the toilet…DISGUSTING!!! I open the shower and find long black hairs all around! I walk over to the bed look at the sheets and there’s an odd stain right next to the pillows. The floors were not clean at all…for $150 a night I feel like the least they could do is vacuum and clean up the bathroom! Heavily disturbed so we left and could not even speak to the guy at the front desk because he was napping! Absolutely appalled by this establishment.

There was no mention of the facility being renovated. The room and specially the bathroom was filthy, shower curtain was tore, bathtub was filthy with mold in multiple places, the water did not drain properly, couch was terribly stained room had a bad odor

Odd " rounding up" of $80 and $500 hold applied the day I checked out. Not how hotel stays typically charge. Waiting to see if it gets refunded.
