The bed was uneven, the room stank so bad. The housekeeping was the worse. Ask for clean towels and that's a chore. Ask for trash bags, that was a chore and at one point I was told that I couldn't get clean towels until the next day. We had dogs so I tried to keep room clean. Alex for someone to wipe floor down and never got a thing. The place is not worth going into. The staff act like guest.

The room was ugly. It appeared clean but really wasn't. The sheets had big stains on them. The paint was chipping off in places. They had caca roaches. My daughter had left a half eaten banana out on the dresser when we all went to sleep. I woke up a couple hours later to use the restroom and there was 3 caca roaches on the counter where the banana was. Ugh so gross. The door to the room was extremely hard to open or close. And the dead bolt thing would pop open out of nowhere and would be almost impossible to get back in so you could close the door. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and they had all kinds of drug addicts there asking for money and if we wanted to buy drugs. Diffently not a motel you want to bring your kids to.

They have serious roach infestation and the beds are so old that they have deep indentation from all the previous guests.

Holes (multiple) in the walls, no tv remote. I asked for extra blankets when I made the reservation a month or two in advance, and did not receive. As mentioned, I made a reservation a month or two in advance with specific requests: Late check in as we were driving from out of town; I gave them a specific range of time when I'd get there, non-smoking, 2 beds, extra blankets. When I checked in, they said, "first come, first served" and did not have a room with 2 beds available. the room I was put in was said to have recently been renovated. uh, no! I couldn't sleep due to smoke smell. There was no coffee in the room. the bathroom faucet was only a trickle. The front door had to use force to open instead of just opening. There was a homeless person sleeping on the grass on the side of the driveway to the hotel. Unfortunately, I was glad to leave.

The heat in the room didn’t work, there was burn holes from most likely cigarettes in all of the blankets and curtains, there was brown stains all over the white sheets. Somebody’s hair was all over the bed, looking like they hadn’t cleaned it.

The manager was smoking in the parking lot when I arrived. They didn't have wifi available at all and they didn't have HOT Water at the hotel. The linnens all smelled like they had been used in a smoking room. If they weren't they were definitely washed with the smoking linens in cold water as the hotel didn't have hot water. If I hadn't already been fighting with the booking website over two bookings for the wrong evening I would have left immediately.

Well to start with one of the lights on the wall was about to fall off the wall, most of the plugs close to the bed were blocked and couldn't use. The mattress is well beyond needing changed out there were divots in them form what looked like someone layed in the same spot for a year. If you moved out of it you rolled right back in. Definitely nothing close to the picture. Hardly anything in the room no small table but one chair 🤷. Switch covers were broken door handle was a pain to close from the outside half the time you had to hold down the inside then grab the outside just to close it and it felt like a small push would open it from the outside, no phone to call the front desk and being disabled I wasn't about to walk up and down the stairs more then I had to. Literally was the worst hotel stay I have had in years. Definitely won't book that place ever again. I would rather sleep in my car then on their beds they have there. I have used motel 6 alot in my life and this is by far the worst one ever.
