Rooms weren't the cleanest- kinda had a smell. Friends i traveled with had mold in there bathrooms. Hot water wouldn't shut off. My bed wasnt that comfortable, really lumpy. I had the master suite and could barely fit in the toilet room. Shower was really small.

The breakfast was semi good and staff was accommodating and already knew the rooms were in bad shape

Breakfast not quite as advertised. Had typical waffles, few bread selection. Stayed 2 nights, did have bacon which was usually out or very undercooked. Coffee was good though! Bathroom needs serious updating.

No pressure in shower plus we got a handicap room maybe that’s why no hot water and no pressure. We are not handicapped so I don’t know why we got that room when there wasn’t many people there

Bathroom fixtures were showing their age. Breakfast selections were good but no juice available and grounds in coffee.

Room had an odor that my wife did not like. Smelled old and even cigarette smell.

I like it was close to a lot of nearby stores and breakfast was good.

I left on the morning I was checking out, about 9:30 AM, to go grab breakfast and get change so I could leave a tip in my room. I think someone assumed I had left, so when I returned with breakfast and money for a tip, my key did not work. My hands are full and I still had all my stuff in the room and I had to go to the office to get my key working again. It would be great if they would verify before they deactivate your key. I had a presentation I was giving for the chamber and the small business development center that was not until 12 PM. I didn't ask for late check out because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone who needed to get in and clean the room, but it was frustrating having to deal with that and waste precious minutes I was hoping to have to eat breakfast and load up my car, so I can meet the required 11 AM check out time. I'm a good customer. No mess, quiet, and I like to leave tips to show my appreciation for the staff on hand.

The price was pretty good for the value. Location was perfect. The staff that helped me was kind and professional. Thank you!!

At around 8:45am there was NO hot breakfast. No eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon. We waited 10-15 minutes when bacon was brought. Then more time until eggs were cooked and brought out. Then later sausage was brought out. Potatoes were never brought out! Also, there wasn't any bread for toasts - and only one bagel. The room was great... the breakfast experience, completely horrible. When the breakfast time is between 6-9, I expect the full complement of food to be available at ALL times between these hours! We rely on these foods to help start our busy day - and we often don't have time to go to a restaurant.

Apparently, the hotel dryer broke down so all we had was one towel and a tub towel. Staff didn’t inform me so when I called the front desk the receptionist just giggles and apologized for not informing me. I asked if someone could bring some up to our room but she said that wasn’t possible. We just made it work w/ the 1 towel. When I stay @ hotels I love to relax and just watch tv & my room had a small tv and just about 7 or 8 channels. Wudda been nice if they had satellite tv. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The location was great for a small town, went for breakfast at 0830 & most of the food was almost gone and some dried out from sitting there. Food would’ve probably been delicious if we were early. The beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean. I slept well.

There was noise not within the control of the staff: guests with loud voices, truck and motorcycle engine rumbles - but for the most part, all were quiet at night. Workers in a room getting renovated had their radio music loud, but they toned it down, closed their doors upon my polite request.

It was probably the best hotel available in this small, remote town. Check-in was easy. There was coffee available 24 hours. Room was comfortable - a quiet ac with good temperature control, privacy curtains, a fridge, microwave, clean toilet and bath, bed was soft. WIFI connection was good. Breakfast was good - had eggs and potatoes. Location was good - we were able to walk to a supermarket to get dinner. (Few choices of restaurants - some were closed.)
