You couldn’t park in the parking lot the microwave broke day one and they didn’t replace it and we were gonna be cooking

The toilets need to be sealed down to the floor almost flew off the toilet when I sat cause they move around 🤣🤣

We were close to the ocean and they moved us from a broken room to another broken Room but atlrast the second one had water pressure.

Upon returning from the boardwalk, we discovered the deck door unlocked and ajar. Furthermore, parking behind the parking lot necessitates payment. The accommodation requires some renovation, including a thorough cleaning of less frequently addressed areas.

The staff's exemplary customer service was evident in their provision of extra linens and their swift response to our security concerns, which included a comprehensive review of surveillance footage. Considering the price point, the value of the stay was satisfactory, exceeding our initial expectations. The accommodations proved to be quite decent.

My suite when you sat on the toilet, it moved, the air conditioner made a godforsaken horrible noise at night time and the kitchen sink never drained, right

I was able to upgrade my room to a suite with no problem

Staff was wonderful deal with rooms are a little small just can’t get over the fact of there is a doorstep in your room and someone else’s walls or paper then you can hear other people in the room beside of you and above you just like they’re in the same room with you

This hotel seemed to have some rowdy teenagers staying at the same time as my travel days.

I like that the property was just a few blocks away from the beach!

I don't like the fact we have to pay $10 extra per day to park where we are staying already. All other motels/hotels give a pass when you book. Specifically a vehicle per room. I didn't like that I couldn't get a bath! The bathtub don't work to stop the water from draining. The TV didn't work properly. We wasn't able to get on any TV app. So we were stuck watching cable.

The staff was amazing!! An upgrade from last time I was there. They were so nice, accomodating and friendly. I needed extra towels, they quickly had them. They were sure to text me when my room was ready! Overall, lovely staff!

Had to add water to the toilet to flush (on 3rd floor), curtains didn't quite close well enough to keep it dark or completely cover the windows (used hair clip and chairs to hold curtains closed). 3 beds but only one tv.

Good location, the beds were comfortable enough, has apartment size fridge with freezer (not a small dorm size fridge). Overall, not a bad place for a nights sleep.
