My TV made a humming noise which was not much of a problem for me since I need some sort of background noise while sleeping. I did let the front staff know for the next customer.

Food was great - location was excellent for my needs - great custer service.

The walls are a little thin. We stayed a week, and a couple of late nights we could hear a very fussy baby in the room next door.

The fellow who greeted us at the reception desk was so warm and welcoming! He gave us great restaurant tips and helped us with the WiFi. The pool was perfect — great for swimming laps! The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is just blocks from a picturesque downtown square and within walking distance of the beautiful new ballpark.

Not having a safe in the room. The jacuzzi was not running, no notification prior to checking in. There was heating system being fixed which I understand. But received three notification's with different times, this did make us alter our plans multiple times. Sadly no compensation for this offered.

Parking in garage was nice and convenient. The room space was perfect for two. Pool is great size.

Room needs some TLC. Floor molding was coming off the wall. Shower pull up still allowed a tremendous amount of water to come out of the spout filling the bottom of the tub with water while showering.

Excellent location for concerts at Spartanburg Auditorium. Bar was open late and had a great atmosphere. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Actually nothing, if they had more staff it would have been even better. The current staff was courteous and accommodating.

The heat felt cool. Once i turned it up to about 82 it warmed the room. A little difficult to get the heat right. It was a cool night!

coffee shop needs so much more availability, ice machine on 5th mold on it. room freshen up, which is more than we have had in any other hotel in the last 3 years, should have given us free ice bucket liner and fresh glasses

2 queen beds. one supper comffy the other bad, loved loved seeing vet day parade from window. lg room lr bath room the bar area was very large our party of 20+ met there 3 nights in a row we had plenty of room felt very safe. all items in our room safe
