The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The phone in the room was broken. No wash rags in the room. We were not told in advance that hotel was undergoing a renovation. No signage to identify the hotel. The breakfast was not available on house. We had to go next door to the Holiday Inn Express for a very minimal breakfast. Very disappointing.

Although it’s still under renovation, the rooms seemed like we walked back into time. Outdated everything. Floors were not vacuumed and crumbs and stains were on the couches and bed. The towels were also stained. The pictures online did not seem like the same place.

Really liked the location. Close to all major stores and restaurants.

We had to go to the Holiday Inn to eat! But the food was very good. Our room was on forth floor and the heating was very poor. We had to sleep in thermal underwear. The room started getting warm as we were leaving.

The main issues I had were 1. Given wrong room type on check-in (resolved quickly). 2. Keys stopped working daily (every night I had to get keys re-scanned to work again). 3. No housekeeping for 3 day stay. I had to go down to lobby to get restocked on supplies. 4. Bedroom TV Remote battery low, therefore remote very hard to use. 5. Living room TV did not work. 6. Heat/AC unit got error and last night and stopped working. 7. Had to walk to hotel next door for breakfast/coffee.

The front desk staff were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for cost.

Bathroom wasn't really clean or fully stocked. We had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast. We also had to go to the front desk for anything we needed. There was only one employee there most of the time and she couldn't leave the front desk. No one freshened our room at all. I took the trash downstairs and found another bag.

The fact that the carpet was soaked from HVAC unit, and my socks got wet. There wasn’t much for snacks, the doughnuts were out dated, no bottled water, and when I got up for breakfast, there wasn’t much absolutely nothing out. And it was 7:45am.

I liked the price, the size was great for the price.

relatively close to the chophouse, which is absolutely delicious and the manager was the one who told us about it. Everything was good there the room was extremely comfortable.

Pool wasn't open yet Breakfast was served next door in another hotel Room wasn't ready at 3 pm and staff wasn't friendly about it when I pressed the issue I was given a king suite instead of 2 queens even though my reservation said 2 adults and 2 kids and a queen room. Then I was told there weren't any other rooms to switch me to and staff didn't seem to care about the mistake.

Sheets and pillowcases were stained and dirty looking. Fourth floor under construction so noise beginning at 7-7:30 am, even on Sunday! No ice machines or vending machines available. Had to use the facility across/ next door for breakfast.

It was convenient to where we needed to be.

Had to ask for enough towels .Had to go to another facilitie to get breakfast for the children . Wasnt explained about the security deposit until showed up on my bank. When asked was told it was booking .com fault. Then next hotel explained it to us

Only one set of towels in the room and not wash cloths. Tried to call down to the front desk and the phone didn't work (I believe this is against the law to not have a working phone in a hotel room). Went down to get more towels and only received one wash cloth along with the bath towels. Sink didn't drain well as it took a couple of minutes for the water to completely drain. Plug on the desk lamp didn't work. No ready available plugs on the center stand between the two beds (had to unplug the lamp). One of the key cards didn't work. Breakfast was next door at the "sister property" and had to walk in the rain to eat and then return to the hotel.

There was no signage on the hotel that told you where you were. We didn’t get into our room until 3 1/2 after our check in time. we had driven 6+ hours and had to wait hours after we arrived for our room to be cleaned because they only had two house cleaners for the entire hotel. We had to go next door to the Holiday Inn to eat breakfast and in general, the hotel was not clean. The elevator looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time either. Overall, we were very disappointed in our stay.

The carpet was old, bath tub was stained, didn’t like that we had to walk to another hotel for breakfast and only one elevator.The pool wasn’t open and understand it was under construction but would have been better if we could have went swimming.

The front desk was really nice and pleasant. Had a mix up and they took really good care of the problem. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and smell good.

Someones sock with under the bed, pool was closed due to maintenance until October. You had to go to the adjacent hotel for breakfast which was inconvenient. My granddaughter was really looking forward to the pool. I was upset, none of this was mentioned, sad.

Pool and gym were closed and the hotel is undergoing renovations from 3/25 until next year, I believe they said.

Very nice property and GREAT king suite. Breakfast was good but in the building next door so could be bad if raining.

The front doors kept opening and shutting, even when no one was walking in six times as I was standing at the counter. When I walked in the employee never greeted me or said one word as I’m standing at the counter He looks up at me and looks back down at his phone and still says nothing but I laid my phone on the counter for him to see my reservation information. he was polite at the end.

It was okay. Didn’t like two different motels one you stay in and walk to another to get breakfast.
