Down side was my son slept in front bedroom where he was disturbed by road workmen and kids yelling.

the other ladies complained that the twin bead were a bit to hard. The shower head felt like it might break off so not all of us got to use it.

easy to find and park. host very responsive. lots of room. laundry facilities. beds comfortable; 1 bedroom had a TV. We had an issue with coffee maker but the host responded promptly. We stayed for 1 night and very easy to exit and leave. Stocked kitchen that could easily accommodate cooking (we did not, but it could). Very clean.

Good location. Definitely spacious. Fully equipped. I was a little worried about it being a basement apartment, but it was fine. Nice and light. Access on to garden area. Not too much noise from above. I would definitely stay here again.

It is very nicely dcorated. The price was competitive. The only aspect that could stand improvement was the shower floor, but hey, who worries about such a small issue?

The first door you see when you arrive has a code box, but that's NOT the door you go into. I was initially confused about this, as I wasn't instructed to walk around the back of the house & down the stairs to access the space. This direction would've been very helpful. Also, I needed to contact the owner for the door code as apparently Booking.com didn't include it in the access instructions as she thought. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, particularly the toilet, and there was a layer of dust on the top of the stove vent. Visitors should be extra careful in the DIY shower - the floor is extremely slippery when soap gets on it, and the slope to the drain is a hazard.

It's a huge space, perfect for a family to stay. The kitchen was well-appointed and I really liked the painted pipe :) The entry/mud-room is great for gathering your things before heading out for the day. The living/dining room is huge with good light. Lots of books & games and a TV.

I am disabled and having safety hand bars would have been helpful in the bathroom. Property was wheelchair accessible but not ADA compliant. Was very nice though.

It didn't particularly bother us, but if you are someone sensitive to noise, the soundproofing from upstairs is non-existent. You can hear just about everything from conversations and sneezing to anyone walking around, dog running, and my daughter kept thinking I was talking to her. We had a good laugh about it, but it could really bother someone sensitive to noise.

Nothing. The only nitpick I had was that we called when we arrived for the door code and was told that it was in the instructions. We went through our email and the app and couldn’t find where the door code was listed, just that there was a door code.

I was a bit disappointed by the cleanliness of the space (lots of food, hair, and dust on the floors, food crumbs on the counters in the kitchen, hair in the bathroom sink, and the oven was degusting). We requested a pack and play, but unfortunately couldn't get the rails to stay locked in place. Luckily we had brought our personal pack and play with us for the second night on our journey so we were able to use that. We

It was a great amount of space (especially with a toddler!). We only stayed for one night, so it worked perfectly for what we needed. We loved that it stayed so cool in the space (we are from a cooler climate and were not enjoying the Corvallis heat)!

Door inside mud room wouldn't close, brought in cold, hallway, on cupboard handle broken, easy to scrape skin on. Fireplace instructions were good, pilot wasn't lit so not working on a cold dreary day. Bed in multi bed room was too close to the wall heater and wood got very hot to the touch, got help and moved the bed further away. Couldn't figure out how to watch the news on the TV, but did enjoy netflix. Both bottles of shower gel were empty or almost empty. Heater in Master Bed room control was hard to turn. Baby sitting going on above made little running feet sound when my wife went to bed until about 9:45 when the baby started crying. She was quickly soothed and put to bed and the house was quiet about 10 PM. Thank you for the rental, it was most affordable during the high priced time of graduation at OSU and at U of O, where our graduation was.
