I would like to see new mattresses in both rooms especially the main bedroom- the squishy mattress topper is too soft. Also, the living room furniture looks well enough but also feels a bit tired and could use a refresh. Lastly, this is being picky but bedrooms that sleep 2 people need 2 nightstands for charging, lights etc.

location is best reason to stay here and for reasonable price as well as getting the space of a 2 bedroom unit.

The train rails are close and sometimes it is very loud, but nothing critical.

A very spacious apartment with absolutely everything you need for even a longer stay. It was great to have a parking space in the building. Definitely liked the stay.

Only one Elevator in a pretty big apartment building and it also services the public parking garage below. Didn’t love the lockbox experience (what to do with the car while arriving/departing)

Suggested changes: Fix Room 720 desk chair that was about to break so difficult to work. Get higher bar stools which were too low for the island. Beds should have a nightstand on each side.

Rented 2 apartments for State Street Fair. Location was great so could walk to everything. Apartments were spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Was a little confusing to get in but my fault for not reading the detailed instructions. Appreciate the customer service who responded within minutes to assist.

The master bedroom door and master ensuite shower door don't roll very well, and toilet needed 'encouragement' to flush. But nothing that would cause me to not stay there again (and this is just one of their units)

Location was good, walking distance to university. Better value for myself and a colleague to stay in and have our own space as opposed to a hotel. Clean, lots of space. The outdoor rooftop space is pretty cool. Bed was super comfy.

The street noise on Friday and Saturday night is excessive. We weren't able to sleep at all until after 2am.

TV in second BR didn't work, but it wasn't really a problem.

The apartment was spacious and full of light. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook a few meals in. Parking was easy and convenient. The washer and dryer (w/ detergent) was a welcome surprise. Would be a great place to stay a few weeks. Location was easily accessible to restaurants and downtown Ann Arbor. Would definitely stay again.

Two king beds and two bathrooms.

A handful of things were broken. Like the blinds in the bedrooms, light switches, so the lights either only stayed on or only state off, and the bathroom paint was peeling. It was also so confusing to get from the parking garage to the actual apartment. Directions would’ve been very helpful. There are also bars/clubs outside of the apartment, so we were kept up until about 2:30 in the morning.

One of the bathroom was not functioning, the bedroom towards the street could not be used as all you could hear at night were the bars/clubs and the train passing by and honking all the time

It was convenient to walk to the center, however it is located on the pub/club scene which are open until 3am and due to poor isolation of the windows you hear the noise in the apartment quite loudly

It was across the street from local bars, and we didn't get to sleep until 4 am both nights with all the noise. The sliding door to get into one of the bedrooms was broken and off track. The floors were dirty in the kitchen and living room area. The blinds on the windows were torn in the living room and bedroom
