constant noise from a fan that cannot be turned off. trains passing by, and the horn can easily wake you if you’re not a deep sleeper.

I really didn't understand the reason for 20.00 per night to park at the hotel. That was the first time ever doing that any Hotel we visited.....

20$ parking fee. I dont understand this fee. Do people walk to this hotel from out of town? How else would they get there if not driving. I booked through booking.com and was quoted 72.34$ and was not informed of the parking fee. I checked in and was not informed of the parking fee. This is bs. Parking was not at a premium. In fact, the hotel was only 10% full by my estimates, and again, im staying there, not parking for the day. This just changed my experience to massive negative. I will see what booking.com will do about it and / or call my credit card company to see what, if any, recourse i have. I won't be back, so I hope losing a potential repeat customer was worth it.

The place was great for the stay,but if you want to go to the beach you and buy a all day ticket to drive on the beach and spend the whole day. Adventure out.

Went to the pool and could not bring a cooler in. We were traveling with friends and would liked to bring some wine or a beer to the pool. Breakfast was over cooked. Pancakes were rubbery.

Our stay was great. We had one instance of a clogged toilet and had to request a plunger, but it was resolved quickly. Breakfast was good, but would have liked a little more variety. It was the same thing every day that we were there. We often had to wait a while at the front desk to talk to someone.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. I loved being on the first floor to avoid stairs.

At first the bed felt comfortable when I sat down but after the night my back was sore. Little too firm for me. The breakfast was just ok. Could use more variety of cereal for the kiddos and there is sausage would’ve preferred bacon or choice but overall it was ok. A suitcase stand or two in the room would’ve been helpful. There is a laundry room however it only takes quarters. I imagine I could’ve gone up to the office(opposite side of property) but a quarter machine would’ve been great and I would’ve used it. Wish there was outlets on both sides of the bed but that definitely wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The bathroom could’ve used a little maintenance around the tub but again I’ve seen worse.

They were extremely accommodating and were able to get us a room both on the bottom floor and facing the pool. They have a shuttle to and from both downtown and the beach for only $5/room which is a wonderful value when you consider the cost to park down there. They also have free breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Rooms have multiple plugs for usb adapters and a couple actual usb ports. Ice machine by our room was out of order but unlike other places I’ve gone thankfully they had multiple that were working. Lastly the POOL, it has an amazing cover over part of the pool deck and in the afternoon it covers the deep end of the pool. It’s a nice deep 7.5 ft deep pool. The cover makes such a huge difference in the blistering sun.

We stayed in the King room 272 building 4, the bed was so hard and uncomfortable it gave my husband and i a backache for our 2 night stay. Also there was a big hole under the door that bugs were coming in.
