Overall for the price and view make it worth the stay , the hotel definitely could use some updates and repairs and the room itself doesn’t look as nice as the pictures shown . I am very disappointed with how our vacation ended as the day we checked out my key fob went on my car causing us to have to tow it to a repair shop resulting with us needing to stay an additional night . While I was handling the kids and our baggage I let my husband handle booking another night . I feel as if the staff took advantage of our situation and over charged us for another stay even tho she stated she gave him a discount at the front desk . I would have never paid that much when I could have booked it online for $80 cheaper or stayed next door for cheaper !

No pool towels,toilet in room didn't work whole time ,was crazy to plunge toilet every time someone uses it .did more plumbing than swimming. My sheets were stained but I didn't say anything.

That the rooms on the bottom floor the slide doors were locked and when asked why they told me because of children. But I clearly witness other side doors working and they were pool side rooms. Despite the little attitude the young lady had at counter.

Beds are hard as a rock. Ac unit in the room is obnoxiously loud. Possible dead roach in bathroom under counter. Person running the front desk watched me bring my luggage to my vehicle in the morning then proceeded to leave the property without saying anything. Waited 30 mins for employee to return and they didn’t..ended up leaving my room key laying on the counter and just leaving.

Our 4 year old found an open uncapped needle in the cabinet of the room. Front staff was quick to get it and take pictures and said management would get in contact with us but we never heard from them. We had 2 rooms so we vacated that room and everybody stayed in the other and we ended up leaving around midnight

Our room was really clean the hall was extremely hot they kept the windows open the elevator was dirty no hot water in the shower only warm no microwave they said as they go bad their not replacing them there is 1 in the office which was dirty it took us 45 minutes to check in because the receptionist had to clean our room the balcony sliding glass door wouldn't hardly open our room was supposed to have 2 beds but it only had 1 and a couch bed I didn't complain cause our room was really clean no bugs 😀 and beautiful view right on the ocean wasn't bad for the price

On booking.com it says it’s a hotel but when we got to the location it says motel. And yes it was a motel. The lights in bathroom didn’t work well and we had to pay to get pots and pans from the motel. Also they charge you an additional deposit that wasn’t mentioned at all until you got there. Also when we got there our room wasn’t swept at all there was sand everywhere which I understand that we are at a beach area but it doesn’t looked well cleaned.

I didn’t like it if I’m being honest. The only thing I liked was that the air conditioning worked.

On the last day of our visit we had to walk the stairs because the elevator was broken down. We were never given fresh towels and wash clothes the entire stay ( and I was there for 3 days and 2 nights).

We didn’t have to find a park and when we left and came back we always had a park.

Air conditioner kept cutting off. Shower did not drain well at all. Floors were extremely dirty and left the bottom of my feet nasty I had to clean them off with baby wipes before I could get into bed.

No microwave, coffee or hairdryer in unit. There was a microwave/coffee in office. Wi-Fi was hit or miss.

The oceanfront view was fantastic! Oy steps to the beach. Room was clean with comfy beds. I like the option to change out towels as often as needed.

Booking had ad listing it as sea view. It was not. Booking had the listing as room had a balcony it did not. We had a room over looking the parking lot. Employee at the desk at 10pm said they have been book out of those rooms for 3 months. At that hour we didn’t complain because we didn’t have any other options.

There is hardly no air conditioning in the hotel rooms and on top of that. You have to force your door open or closed. As they do not open very easily. They did leave a trash bag from the last person in my room and there was a couple little things here and there that we're dirty, but.Overall it was not terrible
