As others have mentioned, the condos are outdated - it felt like staying at my grandparent's house in the 90's - old but loved and well taken care of. There were also only two table lamps in the bedroom, so some of the rooms felt dark. They were not flexible on the 10am check out time (even by 20 minutes) which was a bummer and would have been helpful for our baby's morning nap - my parents were also checking out at 10am from a different condo, so I don't think they physically could have cleaned both condos at once - I got the sense that they just weren't willing to be accommodating (which would have been nice, especially considering they started power washing the condo at 8am on a Saturday and we were very accommodating towards them!) All that said, the price is VERY reasonable for what you get IE. space + location + amenities (for context, a trailer at the auto-camp down the road with no pool or playground was $100 more a night). If you're looking for an instagramable, design hotel, this is not the place for you. But if you want something that's a great value, well taken care of, and an easy home base, I'd recommend.

Lovely little condos, perfect for a two adult/two kid family who want lots of space and a full kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with all of the plates, pots, pans and cutlery you'd need for cooking. They also have basics like paper towels, sponges, dish cloths, and soap. Great value for money. Kid loved the pools, outdoor playground, and my husband and I even had a bit of free time to play tennis. They have balls/rackets as well as shuffle board equipment if you don't bring your own. We never saw anyone else at the shared facilities. Overall felt quiet and sleepy - loved seeing greenery out the windows. Perfect location - an easy 10 minute drive to the beach and great restaurants, 3 minutes to Mashpee Commons where you can get awesome coffee and shop, and around 25 minutes to the Heritage Museum and Sandwich boardwalk. We will be back again next year.

It's outdated. It needs a remodeling job. I m.really shocked that something like that still exists. Basically you jump to 1980. Lol

Good location near a shopping center and restaurants.the resort was clean and had all amenities for cooking and eating. Linens and towels are included. There is also a bbq in the yard.

Sofa bed too isolated for child. Pool building dilapidated. Indoor pool and gym not inviting and need improved and updated. Contents of kitchen needs improved. Should have proper crockery and enough of it (and cutlery) to allow use of dishwasher. Tea cups way too small. No oven proof dishes to cook in oven. No pot stands. Need scrubber for pots. Need more umbrellas at pool. Outdoor pool nice but closes far too early which would put me off booking again - need to be able to use pool in evenings after sight seeing.

Quiet and spacious, comfortable beds. Good parking and laundry facilities.

Some minor upkeep things like the pool pebbles were chipping and it was hard to walk on, and the units were showing their age in the bathroom and kitchen both in decor and upkeep.

Location was fantastic, so close to mashpee commons. The unit we had was very quiet and felt private, plus the size was much larger than it appeared on pictures.

I traveled to the Cape and stayed with my husband and two daughters. The indoor pool area was extremely clean and we were pleased with the pool and the water temperature. Also, my daughters 10 and 12 played basketball on the grounds and played at the simple playground and I felt very safe on the premises allowing them to go play by themselves. I was very pleased with the property and the price and will be staying there again. And an added plus was the closeness of the Masphee Commons. It was a great trip!

The walls were thin. We could hear next door walking on a squeaky floor and talking and they kept me up. The kitchen could use a sponge for dish washing by hands. Having to take trash out by ourselves was a hassle.

The place was spacious and clean. Two bathrooms were definitely a plus. The kitchen was good and convenient.

Nothing I did not like but decoration of the flat could have been better (no much decoration, quite old design)

Flat is spacious and beds super comfy. We enjoyed the interior swimming pool (we were by ourselves on Saturday end of afternoon and the water was just at the perfect temperature)
