Some things, like the kitchen, seemed to be in poor condition. The toilet in the bathroom didn't flush properly, and the bathtub didn't work very well either. I didn't find any extra dishes or plastic bags for the trash. My reservation was for 6 adults and I only found 1 bowl (plate )and a 1 single fork. Again it was a reservation for 6 adults and we only found 4 towels to use, at the reception I asked for extra towels and blanket which I never received. We found garbage bags in the closet and we left them there. We also found pans inside where the AC unit was and left them there. They need more cleaning and details to be corrected so their units look better.

I really loved the way the rooms are designed, they give guests privacy.

The front desk clerk on duty Thursday May 15 in the evening was not too swift. There seemed to be an issue with housekeeping not having cleaned rooms that were booked. I waited for about 35 minutes while he fumbled with other guests in front of me, not helping them. Finally, the manager came out and handled everything. She was great and upgraded us for the inconvenience. We finally left the front desk after a full hour of waiting.

Need significant renovation, painting peels off everywhere, we stayed near the street, very noisy due to poor window insulation, breakfast is not what it stated in the web, for 4 days, we only had one time with sausages. Also, things ran out quick, I have seen people didn’t get what they wanted for breakfast. I picked the place mainly for breakfast, but it is very disappointing.

The bathroom with the toilet and shower were a little tight. Perhaps a pocket door would have been a better use than then the door that swung into the bathroom. I requested a fireplace, but I didn't realize that I would have to pay for the wood in addition to the additional cost of getting the fire place.

I liked having a small kitchen with all the essentials if we needed it. Bed was very comfortable. Location of the hotel was great from where I was meeting family. Close to a lot of restaurants.

The room was very comfortable, but the handicapped room had only a queen bed instead of a king. Haven't figured that one out. The breakfast was exceptional, with a taco bar, oatmeal and various cereals, a pancake machine, fruit etc. A nice surprise. The staff was great.

The closeness to our condo as well as grocery stores, doctors, and restaurants made the location ideal. The staff was amazing, too.

We came late to the free breakfast, 8:55 it’s end at 9:00, they already took away the plates, they gave us some angry, we took the food we can, I understand we were late, but they preferred throw away the food, the cleaning person start with de juice, shame
