Pool wasn’t open for us to use.. they were waiting for permits from the city. Fridge wasn’t working properly.. a kitchen drawer was completely broken

The rooms need updating. 2 holes in bedroom door. Carpet coming away from wall in 2 areas. Very stained pullout mattress on pullout couch.

Location was good. Parking was good. Easy early check in was nice. Able to get extra coffee, blankets and towels easy.

I left my shower bag on the bathroom. Totally my fault. When I called them to see about it they claimed it was nowhere to be found. So clearly someone either threw it away or took the prescription pills from it and then tossed it. Not nice!

While we were able to sleep and sit down, the mattress and sofa were pretty worn down. Could use either repair or replacements under the cabinet over the microwave. Holes where something used to be there.

Although the property was clean it looked tired and in need of repairs and updating. The appliances in the kitchenette looked all beaten up. Example none of doors on the oven would close properly. At check in the front desk person didn’t make me feel welcomed had the feeling he wished I never showed up!

Well landscaped. Was close to stores and restaurants. And the kitchenette came in handy. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful!

I didn’t like that the entrance door to the room had a big gap at the bottom and you could see and hear anyone walking past the room.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The kitchen was convenient for making our own meals and the pet relief area had nice turf and bags for disposal of waste. Also in a nice area near lots of restaurants and a grocery store.

I think the rooms could use a little updating. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. I loved the set up and that it had a kitchenette, but the furniture/couch was uncomfortable and very worn. The chair had torn seams and was also quite worn. When choosing this site, I thought there would be restaurants close, as they showed on the map, however they were all closed down! It seemed most we visited were short of staff, including the hotel itself. I have noticed since our stay, that the rates were inflated that particular weekend, most likely for the motorcycle event at Westworld. I think it sucks when they do that!

The hotel was close to the venue we were there for. Also, it was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I would choose to stay there again.

It was loud. Adjoining neighbors were up late and loud noises in the hallway at 2 am. Not a restful night.

Facilities were well used but clean. Good location in north scottsdale. Price was very good.

In our first room, the couch was torn and the ceiling in the bathroom was coming down from what appeared to have been a water leak. As my husband had just had knee replacement surgery we were very concerned about mold. in our second room we had lots of trouble with the lock. They had to replace our key cards several times we could not even get into our room. There was no maintenance person on Saturday when we had lots of problems. One of the housekeepers finally came and changed the batteries. We finally figured out the trick of how to get into our room.

The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful, especially when we had problems.
