I feel room service should be a given. Come every day to straighten up, bring fresh towels, change trash bins. I should not have to ask for that. If anything, I should only need to decline that if I sleep in.

More reasonable prices on breakfast. Nothing hot served. Should not have to pay to park with these prices. When we travel, we start early. Breakfast or coffee at 6:30 is late. 7:00 on weekends is worse. At least they did give some complimentary coffee in the hallway, should be automatic perk.

Way too expensive as ala carte. Only bought a bagle for $6 for that reason.

Unfortunately our bedding had stains and there were stains on the bathroom wall above the mirror. The cafe was supposed to be open until 10, but when we went at 9:15, I was informed the coffee machine was off for the day. Would be so much better to have it available to guests throughout the day, even if it's just the front person tending to it (we were there 4 days and it was NEVER busy or crowded at all).

Very nice hotel. The pool was absolutely perfect for my kids. The deep end was only 6 feet, which was perfectly fine with my kids. The majority of the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The room having both a mini fridge and microwave was wonderful for those quick lunches to save us money from eating out. Close to the beach and Atlantic City (about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic).

Shockingly a great value for a holiday weekend. Convenient location just a 15-20 min drive to Asbury Park. Clean facilities. Didn’t get to use the pool, but looked like a great option for groups/families.

Although there was coffee/tea available in the morning, it would be nice if there was a light breakfast, such as, bagels, muffins, and cold cereal.

I wish we had real glasses for the bathroom and real cups for the room Coffee. Otherwise all was excellent.

The bed was super comfy and the shower great. We did not eat breakfast there.

When i arrived, there was no mattress for the pull out sofa bed. And there was no working ice machine on the first floor.

I liked the location, free coffee, and the bed was comfortable. Also the staff was kind and helpful.

The bathroom products are of a not very good quality. The bar soap is simple enough for washing hands and using to shower as the shower products are probably the worst I have experienced at any hotel for this price and appearance. All three options (Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash) had a very unpleasant smell and would ask any manager or employee to try it! Had to shower with an odorless bar soap and definitely the first time this happens to me.

Our timing was not great since we were there when new matrasses were being installed. We were informed of this but told they would be installed and the beds remade while we were out. Then we were told that they would not be installed in occupied rooms until after we checked out. We came in one day to find the new mattress upside down on the bed and the bedding piled on the couch. The mattress was too heavy for my husband and me to turn over so I just made the bed as it was and we slept just fine on it that way for the rest of the nights we were there. Luckily - both of us like a firm mattress. A little strange but not a big deal.

The location was convenient.

Pillows

The pillows were just too thick - neck strain. And although I had the ac set at 65 I doubt it got below 70… which is unusual because it was about 60 outside. Other than that - very nice - good, friendly staff and clean, safe facilities.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay two different fees for the same room on different nights, also the room had a moldy smell. We had to keep the fan on and the air conditioning on there was not another room for us to be moved to.

Being woken up by other guests at 1:30 & 4:30 am. They were being loud in the hallway for a long time. The night time front desk staff reacted quickly to ask them to be quiet. There was a little bit of mold in the grout lines in the shower. They cleaned it when I brought it to their attention.

The bed was comfy and clean. The staff is welcoming and professional. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean.
