The toilet wouldn't flush and some a hole took up two handicapped parking spots with a compact vehicle told the front desk and they didn't do anything about it

There is an automatic light in the room when someone walks the to the bathroom. Not a problem when travelling solo but when either others it can be an irritant

Aesthetically basic outside of the lobby but checked all the boxes we needed.

Super helpful and friendly staff. The also had a pack & play, despite conflicting information and reviews, and put it in our room for when we checked in. Just call in advance to tell them and secure it.

Airport shuttle wasn’t obvious to be collected from SFO. I called them twice to just understand process, this could be easier

They sent us away the 1st time to Sobesta ES next door but then we returned and using the confirmation number they located the reservation but no apology was offered even though they should have asked in the first place. Coffe in lobby too expensive.

First, the rooms do not have microwaves, so we had to bring our own knowing we would be there for a few days. Second, one of our rooms had a stained carpet, which made the room feel less clean. Also, we had two rooms with a balcony located on the opposite side of the water located right next to the train tracks, which could still be heard even with the doors closed, and the view was not very appealing. Finally, the rooms are small for more than two people to a room, and the bathrooms could use an upgrade.

The location is everything for this hotel. Oyster Bay is so beautiful, and the trail around it makes it perfect for dog owners and for people to exercise. Also, the hotel is located in South San Francisco, which made going back to the room after a long day of activities so relaxing since the area is less bustling than the main area of San Francisco. Additionally, the beds were super comfy.

Breakfast was included in the price, and there’s a Starbucks branch on-site. However, the breakfast options were very limited, only coffee or juice were offered. I would have expected more variety, such as hot chocolate or other drinks they usually serve. Also, unlike typical all-you-can-eat breakfasts, here you could choose only one item, which felt quite small. I was also surprised by an unexpected $14 parking fee, which wasn’t mentioned during booking. Additionally, the hotel is located next to a highway and railway, so rooms facing that side can be noisy due to outside traffic.

Breakfast is a joke. There is nothing fresh. Everything is frozen and there is one guy who heats it up for you. No plates, no silverware, etc. And the infrastructure, while recently painted, etc. Is still antiquated.

The check in was easy, and they accommodated late check in. Staff was friendly.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and while they said they had breakfast on site, it was pre packaged and very expensive for what it was.

We stayed here for a layover, it was easy to get to using their free airport shuttle.

Breakfast was a small Starbucks setup, which I try to avoid. I hope they'll have a fuller breakfast in the future. Everything else was great!

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile with a couple of things, including giving us a late check-out. Our room was huge. The location was convenient and it was nice to have a balcony with a view of the water.

The adjacent highway is a bit noisy.

Great as a base for exploring San Francisco. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a limited selection of pastries, coffee, and some juices.
