How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Elevator and hallways looked like they could use a deep clean.
Very quick stay but all we were looking for was cleanliness and comfort. The bed was a dream and we slept well. Had to get up early to return a rental car and catch a 6 am flight, which was all so close!

The breakfast was good and enjoyed visiting with numerous other guests at the hotel. Staff all pleasant. I needed to prepare a vegetable platter and had a nice sink and counter to do so.

The lighting in the room, I think certain parts of the room was a little dark, but overall everything else was perfect

My kids wanted to swim but the pool was not that clean.

Cleanliness is so important for my family and I since we have young kids who like to crawl and roll around the floor...or any floor really lol. I felt like the rooms could use a deep cleaning as you can see the grit and grime in the corners and in the bathroom. We also saw a dead mosquito on the wall upon entry. The thermostat was a little hard to control. It is either too cold or too warm...not in between. The location was remote and saw some questionable people but not bad.
Hotels with hot breakfast always rank higher on my list 🙂. The room was big enough for our family of 5. We only stayed one night but could see ourselves stay a little longer next time. We didn't get the chance to use the gym but at a glance while passing by, it was large with multiple treadmills which isn't always the case at other hotels.

On the website it said the pool was open, which is kind of why I booked it, but it was closed due to maintenance. Just wish it was open like the website said! But other than that my wife and I loved it there and will definitely be back!

They say they charge a parking rate to park there but call it a “ resort fee” I’m in Renton that’s no resort! Many of the hotels near Seatsc don’t charge parking but in Downtown Seattle I can understand they charge. Next I checked in told the guy I have a pet and that is great you have this paws program that everything is included. Then later I was taking my dog out for a walk he asked me to pay a pet fee. As I was checking in I made clear that it was all good and now he wants to tack on and charge more!?? I would not have stayed then if they wanted to charge so much. Plus on the website it says “ they may charge a fee” doesn’t clearly say they will charge a fee.
Very spacious room, breakfast included.

Pool was very small. Staff was unprofessional. Listened to a manager cuss out a customer on the phone all through breakfast with my kid nearby. Kinda left a sour taste in my mouth.

I'm a tea drinker. I would've like to have had a cup in my room at night, but it was still a great stay.

The only thing that I don't like is that they are allowed dogs here, so you might hear a dog barking next room.
I like this place more than the Sonesta Suit on the rear building of this location. After a lot of reading reviews from most hotels around Seattle area, I picked this place because of the most reasonable price and the safety area. My room is roomy and clean. Beds are comfortable and big. They don't clean the room daily, they will only clean room if you put in a request.There are a couple of lower prices nearby hotels, but it is not safety and has poor condition rooms.

The van driver is a horrible person! Very rude! Wouldn't tell me how to get to departure. Dropped off at arrival. Was gonna leave with my bag!😡
