United StatesI dont like who assist us in the front desk when we checked in. She is not accommodating at all and when we inquired the pool timing. She looks annoyed stating that its open at 10am. My son waited up to 10 am to find out that the pool timing is 6am -10pm.
I like the location and accessible. Its big anf comfy room, for the amount of money we paid.

United StatesThe property is dated. The toilet was very low and difficult to flush. Carpet looks dirty and stained. The back door exit was difficult to open and often left open as a result. Our room door was also very hard to open. The bed linens need upgraded.
The bed was comfortable and the shower head had good pressure. The towels and washcloths were very nice.

United StatesMy only complaint is the side entrance door was pretty wonky. Sometimes the card unlocked it, sometimes it didn’t. There were times when the door didn’t lock at all.
The location was great. Central to pretty much everything; super short drive to the mall, Walmart, Trader Joe’s and a variety of restaurants. The room itself was clean and smelled so good. Bed was very comfy and we enjoyed having a cute little couch. The layout was different from most hotels and we loved it.

We were traveling in from Iowa, heading to Florida, and it was our halfway mark to rest and shower . The young lady had great customer service she got our family in around 1, and we were able to rest some and shower to check around 8pm the same night.

United StatesTHE BED AND PILLOW ARE ENTIRELY TO SOFT. IT LITERALLY HURT MY NECK AND BODY. THE TOLIET SEAT TO LOW IN THE BATHROOM. BUT EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND SPOTLESS. ONLY WISH THEY SERVE BREAKFAST COMPLIMENTARY. THE PRICES TO HIGH. DIDN'T LIKE THE DOG FRIENDLY FOR THIS TYPE OF HOTEL. I HEARD BARKING THREW THE NIGHT. United StatesBreakfast was non existing. Coffee, hot water for tea, older bananas, apples and some breakfast bars. The receptionist was playing games on her phone and looked exhausted. $75 non refundable pet fee is overkill, our dog does not shed and sleeps in his bed on floor. Should be based on extra cleaning needed and deducted after the fact. Knowing that we have a dog, why would they put us in the room right across the cleaning/ housekeeping facility. That door opened and closed nonstop and kept the dog on alert and us. I asked the receptionist at night, who was super nice and accommodating for a wine bottle opener and there was not one to be found. 🤔 That’s all.
I liked that dogs were allowed. The courtyard was nice to spend a little time with our puppy. We were just traveling through.
