The resort has everything you need for a relaxing stay - on-site restaurants, a restaurant in the pool area that has amazing nachos, a coffee bar in the main lobby with great espresso, matcha, chai beverages to choose from, very convent pool/beach towel service, on-site bike rentals, family friendly pool + an adults only pool (until 6pm) to relax with a hot tub (that the entire family can enjoy from 6-10pm) beautiful grounds...all in all it made for a really relaxing stay.

There were a few beach bar /club spaces not used. It would have made the experience much better.

Daily resort fee. Felt like did not give you a lot for your money as you also had to pay to rent bikes and for beach chairs and umbrella. Would have loved if they would have given Carolina shag lessons in their empty Pavillion or offered a happy hour, pool water aerobics or shuttle to Sea Pines so we would not have to bear the $9 expense to use the road going in there. For that daily fee we fed turtles once and did beach yoga once and pool side bingo.

Loved pool, poolside bar and beach. Rooms were very nice and upgraded. We had a balcony but no view so we did not use.

All of the cost ,cost for everthing no complimentary nothing out in that huge beautiful lobby my suggestion to help with some of all the charges would at least be complimentary breakfast or muffins and coffee and in the evenings 2 hours of baked cookies coffee or lemonade and wine and cheese all with crackers and grapes that would really be nice

Very noisy hotel: dogs barking (left on balcony and in rooms), furniture being moved in room upstairs many times, feet stomping at 3am on floor above. Recommend 4th floor only. Hot tub in adult pool was not heated.

Staff was great with the exception of the bartenders of pool bar: lazy and unengaged. All other staff were exceptional. Gelato! Adult pool. Gym was well equipped for hotel.

Changes in hotel activities sched weren't updated and the hot tub didn't work and was same temperature as pool. I wouldn't pay the extra for ocean view, only 5 floors.

Direct walking path to beach, towel service and pool amenities. Never a wait with efficient elevators and access to close reserved hotel parking.

Ongoing construction on gazebo food and drink facility. Still hoping for lap swimming capability. A lot of dogs present for the holiday weekend. However, they all were on leash.

Relatively easy access to the beach. It will be better when construction done! Smaller friendly atmosphere. Price conscious. New marketplace for easy breakfast awesome. New adult pool opened for July 4.

The resort is beautiful; however, the ongoing construction, constant hammering, and lack of prior notice about the renovations significantly impacted the experience. Given the premium pricing, I expected full transparency and a more peaceful environment.

The resort is beautiful; however, it is somewhat overpriced given the ongoing renovations. Construction tape and detour pathways are present throughout the property, which does take away from the overall experience.

The only problem I had to ask about was Booking.com sent me an e-mail stating that I would not be charged for my pet - however the resort told me that Booking.com can not make that decision, so they charged me - however they did take one night off.

All personnel were very helpful and pleasant. Only disappointment was that the pool renovation wasn’t complete as originally indicated. Would have come later when completed. Pool very crowded and chairs difficult to find

The pool could have been cleaner. Happy to hear there will be an additional pool.

Beautiful, clean and very close to tennis courts. Your staff is very friendly. Someone on staff should have a medical background. I had a medical emergency but no one was available to help or recommend where to go for help.
