Couldn't really fault anything other than we had a larger rental vehicle and pulling into/out of the parking area was a little tight.

Everything was really wonderful at this location! Room was beautiful and very clean. Staff was super friendly and even allowed us an early check-in. Beds were super comfortable and we all slept great. Didn't even hear any noise from the hallways or adjoining rooms! The breakfast buffet was excellent and much better than the offerings we've had at other hotels. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and they even had a grilling station!

    Hmmm. Can't think of anything.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Check-in/Check-out was efficient. Gas grills and outdoor tables were handy for a cookout. Rooms were clean and apparently recently renovated. Breakfast was excellent with some variety of hot items from one day to the next.

There was what appeared to be an abandoned car in the parking lot, not really a big deal, but I hope the staff gets it removed. Otherwise, everything was great and quiet for the pets.

I have stayed here over the July 4th holiday for a few years now as my area sounds like a war zone and my older dogs can't take the stresses, this property is located in a business area and is mostly free from loud 4th noises. The suites are nice with a small kitchen, my reason for staying is not business or pleasure but my pets. The property is well maintained, and the staff has been good several visits the breakfast is on par with any hotel breakfast I have been getting two rooms one for my wife and I and one for my mother-in-law this year I discovered they have two bedroom units thinking about doing that next year. Will see what the year brings. They have BBQ grills near the pool, so for 3 It's great to make your own meals over a 2 or 3 day stay.

The hot tub wasn't yet open even though it was advertised that construction would be finished the weekend we arrived. The couch was good to sit on, but not big enough for the both of us to sprawl out and watch TV comfortably. A couch with chaise end, or reclining seats would have been preferable. The freezer made ice quickly enough, but there was no ice when we arrived for our drinks, and my husband had to go to the front desk as there isn't an ice machine on the floor. All minor inconveniences that didn't spoil our experience. We will stay here again when returning to the area.

We were there for the Cascades Amphitheater, so the location was close to both the airport and the concert. It was walking distance to some decent shopping in all directions since we didn't rent a car. The room was clean, quiet, and big enough for a short weekend stay. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the kitchenette to prepare meals. The complementary breakfast was satisfying, and we really enjoyed the pancakes. The gentleman at the front desk is WONDERFUL!!

Location was quiet, but bit of a walk to restaurants near Vancouver Mall.

Large, well furnished unit with separate bedroom. Property has been recently remodeled. Fully equipped kitchen with induction stove and GE Profile microwave/convection/air fryer oven. Good breakfast with a pancake machine that let you watch it being made. Basketball court and BBQ in addition to pool and spa. Very. Very. Clean. Airport shuttle and friendly helpful staff.

The breakfast buffet was lacking a little. I think bacon or sausage links would have been better. Maybe some tortillas so you can make a breakfast burrito as all the ingredients for that were there except for those.

Room was great and clean. Property was safe. Pancake maker was cool.

Everything we needed to be comfortable with 2 adults, 2 teens, and 1 toddler. The suite had plenty of room and was much more reasonable than two regular hotel rooms. We even could have fit a couple more!

The layout is a bit confusing. It feels a rat maze. But really, it lends to thej privacy. Nothing else at all. It has ALL the luxuries without the pretense.

Man, this is the best hotel I've been in around here. It has literally everything I want in a hotel room. Fridge, cooktop, convection microwave, the exact pots and pans I needed... I was worried about a strainer and a can opener. No need! They had it! The outlets have USB ports, there are full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted to the shower. And lotion and hand washing soap at the sink. Extra blankets in the closet. Even a laundry basket, although I didn't get to do any laundry there. Ur room key works on the side stairwell doors. Um, what else....oh yeah there are snacks for sale at the front desk. As well as common household stuff.... The breakfast! Oh! The breakfast! It was SO GOOD! Omg I didn't have enough room for everything I wanted. The omelette and sausage were fire. They also have hard boiled eggs, oatmeal w all kinds of add-ins, pancakes with options such as chocolate chips and mashmallows. Bagel options.. A toaster. Cream chese, jam, all that stuff. I was thoroughly pleased w My experience. All this is and in a location I'd have otherwise drive right past (which i lir

Breakfast was pretty standard prepackaged and warmed up fare, but you could always cook your own in your room! ;)

A beautifully remodeled facility in a quiet area. Super friendly and helpful staff, from front desk to maintenance and environmental services. Room was great with well stocked kitchen. Full sized fridge, two burner stove, microwave/convection oven dishwasher and sink. Plenty of outlets for charging and power.

Exceptional room. Great space and location. Great for a family with 2 seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. However massive renovations were very noisey, disruptive and everywhere. No amenities were available. Also breakfast was not in location that we were told so we missed it. Had to pay extra for parking in own hotel lot which wasn’t on booking site.

Paying an extra five bucks a day for parking. Seemed a little odd.

Considering the current reconstruction in process, breakfast was very good. Our room had issues and the manager took care of it right away.

The facilities are undergoing a reconstruction. They are still trying to figure things out. They are being very clean about the reconstruction. And are adapting very well, I think, to the issues.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious.
