Parking away from room was a little inconvenient, and the stairs and outside of the property looked like they needed some repairs.

The kitchen sink clogged up and maintenance was off for the wknd. We could not use the kitchen sink, which isn’t practical since we were cooking 3 meals a day. They offered to change rooms, but we had lots to pack and we felt it wasn’t worth it. They said we would get a refund, but still haven’t received anything…

The table to dine on had a broken leg so anytime someone touched the table, it made an awful squeaking sound. When we got there, there was a door stopper with three screws just laying on the end table by the couch. The door handle to the master bedroom fell off in my husbands hand 4 times while opening the door. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well, went to take a shower and opened the shower curtain to find a spider with its web. There's an oven but nothing to cook on in it, bring your own cooking sheets/dishes if you plan on using the oven!

The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Huge walk in closet in the 'master' bedroom was nice.

There were a few stains on our bedding. The fire alarm went off at 3am which we were told happens sometimes. Took about 30 min to go off w/o any explanation.

Price and location were great. Facility was well maintained, landscaping beautiful.

Some staff was unenthusiastic/not very friendly or welcoming, sheets on bed did not appear to be clean upon arrival, handicap seat in shower sticks out still when closed/in the way when not needed (could cause injury), no pedestrian sidewalk or crosswalks on main street, room phone did not work, no way to cast devices to tv instead of watching cable.

The location was lovely. Right near a grocery store, target and a couple restaurants, some staff was friendly, loved the map listed on the arrival instructions, great size room, dishes and cooking utensils readily in room cabinets, additional sheets and blanket in closet, staff quickly corrected any issues (first assigned room smelled of smoke; reassigned to new room right away), dish washer in room, laundry room in facility, gym and outdoor pool in facility (although pool was not available this time of year). All in all, this facility was great!

Sonesta is in a good location. Serves good Breakfast staff are cooperative and helpful. The Room was well-equipped with kitchenware.

Breakfast was below basic. Actually we didn’t eat and finally went to have breakfast at one of the local restaurants.

Size of the rooms was good. Enough for a family of five not to feel crowded. The stuff was friendly.

The waste bins in the room, particularly the bathrooms needed to be cleaned. After removing one of the bags I noticed the bottom of the bin was very dirty. Approximately three (3) small roaches were spotted in the room, between the kitchen and dining areas and the other near the entry door. Pest control measures should be taken to avoid a full blown infestation. The room can be outfitted with a broom and dustpan for families staying for a period possibly longer than 4 days. Finally, the property requires maintenance in areas of the ceiling (outdoors - dust/spider webs) and some structural and cosmetic upgrades appear to be needed, sooner rather than later.

This is a peaceful location. Accessibility to supermarkets, other shopping, and a few miles away, the King of Prussia Mall and shopping in the surrounding area.

The pool is nice I wish it would open earlier than 10 am I requested the disability handy cap accessibility room. Full kitchen large bathroom with grab bars. The parking is great. Complimentary breakfast.
