    The rooms have a lot of space.

    The fire alarm was falling out of the ceiling, the bathroom floor upstairs was broken in pieces, the fold out bed had a cigarette in it, the place smelled like smoke ans the morning breakfast did not have many options (the yogurt was expired).

    There was no parking by my room or even near my room. It was a cabin and not a hotel. Outside the building were stairs going up and under the stairs were garbage bags and dirty sheets. It was 6:30pm. There was a family above me and the kids were running and jumping all over the place. I ended up leaving and getting an Airbnb.

    The room was very clean, the employee was very nice and tried to do everything he could to accommodate me. He was very busy but still very friendly. If you have kids then this is the place for you. If not, this is not a quiet place.

    We only stay because of the pool and it’s always down. 2 days stay and they kept saying in a few hours and we never got to go swimming this was the 2nd time we stayed and the pool was down

    Pool was closed. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. The breakfast was burnt. Bugs in the carpet. Freezer was gross.

    Table had burn marks, carpet was wet and had a musty smell. Bathroom needs to be fixed as ceiling looks like a fast patch job was done by a kid. Temp outside was going to be over 100 and they shut pool down.

    Staff is unfriendly, don't keep undertakings and don't communicate. After more than a week, the refund of the credit on my account remains outstanding. They do not respond to messages or emails. Disappointing!

    wasn’t cleaned well, had empty cookie wrapper on couch, inside of furnace room door was completely covered in lint. Rooms just need updated. carpet was completely worn out. Paid for a fireplace upgrade, and they use a specific log which was unavailable. Desk told me you can get one at Walmart…really?

    the carpet was heavily stained and so was the back of the couch. the towels I received were hard, stained and brittle. The front desk staff was hit or miss with some being nice and helpful and one woman in particular who was abrasive and brusk with me when I inquired about my payment for a particular week. she was rude and loud with me and it was truly unnecessary especially since I didn’t raise my voice and was simply asking a question so I understood why the rate that week was higher than normal. The pricing was a bit steep in comparison to other extended stays in the area especially for heavily stained carpets and furniture.

    The service was disappointing. I asked for the AAA discount before the check-in. They said they were going to apply it. At checkout, I learned they hadn't done it and then said that since I had already checked out, they were not going to be able to apply it in the end. It sounded like they were never going to apply the discount and didn't even bother to warn me. It was not that cheap and the facilities were not that great for the money. And their customer service was downright bad.

    Key did not work to the door, had to go back and get a replacement. Could not even park close to my unit. All parking spots were full and several without parking tags. Asked for a wake up call which was very important but never received.

    Staff was very friendly. They no longer have the good buffet breakfast that they used to have. Room was very clean and very accommodating but we wanted a main floor unit not up all the steps

    Kitchen sink act up. Bathroom sink clogged would not drain. No washcloth. Empty shower gel dispenser. Little tiny gnats in the kitchen. T.v. wouldn't shut off.. I had to unplug it

    Only thing missing paper towels in the kitchen they didn't have any but gave us knapkins instead

    The main problem was that there were kids out at 11 o'clock at night.Screaming and hollering with no supervision. The curtains in the room Did not fit the windows period that would not have been an issue if the lights outside were not as bright as the sun all night long.

    Location was great. It was clean and the staff was wonderful.

    Summary of my stay is that Booking.com messed up on their end and are not helping me get my refund.

    What could have been better??? UM how about if the payment I made to booking.com would have been sent to the property so I could have stayed where I paid to stay. I don't like that I haven't been able to get a refund yet. I don't like being on hold for over an hour to get hung up on. I don't like that your representative said you have to contact the property for the authorization to give me my full refund when they never received MY payment from you. That's how this works. I make a reservation, paid you, you pay them, then I should have gotten to stay there in exchange for my payment. NONE of that worked. And your customer service is horrible!!!!!

    NOTHING went well. The hotel property was not able to get our payment from Booking.com so we had to leave and drive 2.5 hours back home. I am still trying to get someone from Booking.com to get me my FULL refund since this was all on them, not my fault. Not the property's fault and I have been on hold 3 times in 6 days for a total of over 2 hours now. I will never use Booking.com again!!!
