In the middle of a remodel.

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite and loved it. Plenty of room.

The remodeling in the room felt unfinished / unprofessionally completed... almost like a flipped house. Thermostat loose on the wall, shower valve cover incorrectly installed, loose toilet seat, mirrors hung wrong / separating from the frames, incomplete paint along the baseboards, crooked switch boxes, etc. Don't get me wrong - for the price, I didn't expect the Taj Mahal, and it was a fine value... but pride in workmanship would've bumped my score up dramatically.

Despite some wear and tear - you can tell they are working to improve the facility and it is clean.

Breakfast buffet included eggs, potatoes and sausage. Their coffee was good and they also had a small espresso shop. Room was large and had a small couch. Bed was nice. Check-out time was 11:30 which worked great for us.

The stairwells were filled with trash that smelled. We had a room across the hall that had the door open all day like it was being cleaned but it wasn’t. It had sheets holding the door open looked like blood on them the entire room was trashed and the door just left open. The pool was dirty. Outdoor grills have never been cleaned and should be thrown out. When out walking around we noticed two of the doors propped open. We did tell the front desk who said their system was down but she did walk away to check the doors immediately.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice kitchenette. The staff were friendly.

One drawback is no room housekeeping during 4 night stay

Great location to expressways and nearby shopping. Room layout with Kitchenette was very good. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was fairly typical

The hotel is being remodeled so the hallways being torn up was understandable. Some signs or warning from the staff at check in would be nice. Sing the wallpaper ripped up hanging and baseboard missing upon walking the hallways to the room was a bit of a shocker. But the room was good when we got there thankfully!

The room was great. Spacious clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was clean and well attended staff were friendly.

The hallways were a mess- looked like remodeling was going on? The pool wasn’t open for 3 of the 4 days we were there.

The rooms and beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great!

The hotel seems to be under construction or something. I stayed on the second floor and the hallways look like something out of a horror movie. Peeling wallpaper etc. The elevator is old and janky. The walls are VERY thin. I heard the person next door working the microwave and it was constant banging noise off and on night and day. I think it could have been a washroom? Idk. The room itself was great. The hotel needs some work. At least warn people that the hotel is under construction so they won’t be alarmed.

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything from kitchenware down to dish detergent for the dishwasher.

There was a Major renovation works ongoing on my floor, so the smell of cardboards and construction material was hanging in the walk way

The lighting in the bathroom was so dim, you could not see do do your hair or put make up on. I had to sit with a mirror propped by the windows. The idea of a kitchen is nice, but it is hit or miss, as to what utensils are there.

The breakfast was good. Although they put up a sign notifying they they didnt have any " moffins"...cant believe the person didnt know how to spell MUFFINS!! So they need to make sure they have muffins and make sure the person looking after the breakfast knows how to spell!!

We had to switch rooms due to thermostat not working but it was not that bad because the room was next door .No hot breakfast Sunday due to DET outage but management is very nice and apologetic they remodeling so that’s understandable

Stains on comforter, no shower liner so water leaked easily and as a result, tiles were loose by the tub, no forks in room. My do not disturb was removed off my door twice and someone left a large bag of garbage outside my door.

Location, price and wanted a kitchenette space.

The bathroom being hidden in the private bedroom with no other entrance was unexpected and made having our son with us very difficult. We chose that location thinking that we were getting more privacy with the room choice we were offered so we didn’t mind driving a little farther. Also the early breakfast on weekdays that ends at 8:30 was disappointing, and when I got up in time to go down there everything was gone, thankfully the hostess put something together for me and my wife.

Breakfast was good as far as food choices, having fridge, microwave and sink in kitchen with dishes was very helpful. The workout center was sufficient and the tv channel choices were a plus.

Had to move rooms because of a foul smell in first one. But the front desk sent cleaners and moved our room in a heartbeat

We were given a room just behind the elevator and unfortunately a very loud couple/family moved into the room above us very late (and they were very loud).

The noise level from surrounding rooms was awful. There were also little black hairs all over the bathrooms and bedding

Rooms were not clean at all, the only thing that actually showed housekeeping did anything was that the beds were made. Breakfast was horrible, I love food and I wasn't able to even eat it, it was that bad.
