my biggest problem was with Booking.com. They quoted me around $800 for the week then charged my card over $1100. total bait and switch.

The location was decent. It’s very easy to get on C470 and the mall and various restaurants were a short drive away. The staff were generally helpful and friendly. The room was ok - nothing special but we always had hot water and we could get clean towels when we needed them. You don’t get any kind of maid service unless you are there seven days. There was a nail salon in walking distance and I just walked over and got a pedicure one day. There was also a King Soopers nearby as well as a Sam’s Club. CONS - The hotel charges $5 per day for parking which really just felt like a money grab. Especially since there was plenty of parking all around the hotel. Had I paid more attention I definitely would not have booked this hotel because of the parking fee. Truth to tell I don’t think there was any other hotel in the vicinity that charged for parking. I kept thinking this isn’t Vegas! This is Little old Highlands Ranch Colorado. The other thing that was definitely a con for us were the breakfast hours. On weekdays the breakfast was only served until 8:30. When we’re on vacation we certainly don’t want to get up early for breakfast. To us, ending at 8:30 is pretty darn early. Again, with a little research I found that virtually all the other hotels in the area served breakfast til around 10:00. I would not have booked this hotel if I’d known about the breakfast hours. I book all my hotel stays exclusively on Booking and am usually pretty happy but I think I just missed the mark on this one. I might also add that we are Colorado residents and are very familiar with what is a good deal and what isn’t and what is normal or not for the area

Every entrance had smokers right outside the doors. I realize they have to go outside of the hotel to smoke but to be blocking the entrance ways while they smoke is not a good look.

I liked the comfortable bed and the quite. I also like the location. I did not like the pull out bed. It was not comfortable it was old and it's sunk in in the middle .

The elevator and flooring needs updating. The breakfast was terrible. I only tried once but even the scramble eggs were bad. Since there is a full size refrigerator in the room & a small stove top, I bought groceries.

The suite was well appointed. Very good sized. Very quiet.

The area was a little bit sketch and the clientele seemed a bit shady. The front desk lady who checked me in was less than helpful and made it seem like I was an imposition.

The breakfast was good. There was a good selection and the coffee was good. It felt like I was getting a really good value for what I paid for.

There were some things that were not working like my garbage disposal, leaky tub faucet, dirty behind fridge, Utinsels missing, only decaf coffee provided in room when I arrived. They were very responsive, friendly and it was overall a very good experience. The suites are cute and quite clean.

I wish there was oatmeal and fresh fruit salad, but it was fine.

I was overcharged $300 immediately, in excess of what Booking.com had guaranteed. It took about 4-5 meetings with staff to get the excess charged reversed. They really tried. But it seems there is a glitch in their computer program for billing and they had a hard time figuring out the source of the issue. Be sure to check what is charged to your credit card the first day you arrive. The staff did not understand the source of the problem. But they kept working on it until the extra charges were reversed. For that reason, I feel comfortable giving this facility a good review, despite that hassle. We would consider returning here in the future as we really like the units, location and breakfast buffet.

I really appreciated the layout of the unit, with a mini-kitchen and small living room. There was a surprising amount of storage space. The location is excellent. Staff were very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with eggs and protein. So it saved us from having to buy breakfast out, at considerable extra expense. That adds value to this hotel, for sure.

The hotel is currently under renovation so certain areas are not available, or where not at the time we visited. We needed a laundry one day, and it wasn't ready. The remodel affected the breakfast, because they were bringing items from outside to give the guests, which were not good. We only attempted the breakfast the first day and realized it wasn't going to have anything for us, so we made our own at the kitchen. I don't recall that at time of booking that the site reflected the remodel information.

Really enjoyed the space, it was great to have a separate bedroom, a full kitchen, an eating area, truly great distribution of the space, comfortable furniture, and privacy. Everything was clean and new. Kitchen fully equipped, even a full size refrigerator.

It was hard to find a parking spot later in the evening. Some of the spaces were being used for equipment and storage needed for the renovation of the hotel. They were having trouble with some of the Comcast TV channels and we weren't able to get any of the local stations.

This is a great place for a long stay. We only stayed 4 nights, but it had everything you would need for a long term stay. They are renovating the suites and modernizing the hotel. The suites are great! They have a small kitchen area with some dishes, etc. for cooking. It has a nice sitting area with couch and TV. The bedroom has a dresser and a very comfy bed. The bathroom has a separate vanity with a large closet. The breakfast had great choices, but the coffee was really bad. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again when we are in the Denver area.
