Water never gets hot in the bathroom, furniture is outdated. The elevator was slightly scary and the hallways always smelled

Had to go down ask for towels the second day, housekeeping didn’t ever come clean the room or restock towels. We couldn’t use the pool due to it being green.

It’s a wonderful location for the family. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

The smell in the hallway could be better. (Room did not smell like it) Not being able to take breakfast upstairs, especially when having young kids.

The two bedroom/two bathroom was very nice and great for families. The room/bathroom/kitchen were clean. Customer Service was good. Good location. Pool/gym/ laundry. The breakfast was good as well.

Room Shuffling. Check in was easy - right at the earliest check in time (much appreciated). Made it up to the third floor to find the room had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. I called the desk clerk - and she said she would be right up. She came up quickly, and was suprised to see the room was in fact not ready. We started toward the lobby, and she opened another room and advised we could stay in this one. (slightly updgraded in size). As we were figuring out the remote did not work the tv, we got a call and was advised we needed to move rooms again, please come get a new key. The third room was clean and fine, with a working tv. I presume the clerk was following rules and keeping us in the room class we originally booked.

Good location, seems like a corporate and relatively safe area. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean, and the location was great. The breakfast was also wonderful with a great variety of items to choose from. The drawback was that the beds were pretty worn out and uncomfortable, but for our stay it worked out fine.

My room was spotless, comfortable and well laid out. The decor is a little dated, but well maintained and clean. Breakfast was a nice selection, very good coffee, clean and well organized.

Had to call for room service or extra towels during entire stay. Had asked for extra towels, but never got any all day, so had to walk down to the lobby to request it.

The king suite room was nice. It wasn't noisy as we were at the very end of the hall away from other rooms. Parking was always available.

The TV in the room didn't work, which was annoying if I'm being honest. Also, the bathroom was tight, and the door wouldn't close when the seat was down.

Breakfast was what I would expect for the price. Not bad, though.

They advertised free shuttle from airport. They do not have a shuttle. We had to Uber from the airport. $38 night, $79 morning.

- The hotel has old appearance and has old and scratched/damaged furniture. - Bathroom space is very small. - Smell in room wasn´t good - Fitness room very small and old. - Cleaning service very limited. I was there for a week and had no right to get my room cleaned. I had to ask for that service.

The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants, banks and hospitals. The room has a small kitchen with basic appliances. I could sleep well there.
