Breakfast got put away super fast. It would have been nice for there to be coffee creamer and such available through the end of the breakfast time. The shuttle (no hotel owned) was rather unpredictable on what time it would arrive. It always did, it was just a little stressful not knowing if we had just missed it or it was late.

I love the two bedroom suites. It makes traveling with our family so much less stressful! The kitchen is nice to have, even for short stays. We had a grocery delivery made and the front desk was super accommodating.

Parking was horrible, all the parking in the front of the building was closed off. And was hard to find parking unless you got to the hotel early. Did not see anything online that stated the parking fee was 28.00 per day. So that was an unexpected 60.00 on top of the 150.00 deposit they hold onto.

There were some cosmetic things that made the place seem a little run down.

I loved the hot breakfast! It was delicious and a great value with our stay. I also loved that we had two connected rooms with a living area in the middle. Location!!

The breakfast should be improved. The scrambled eggs are fishy and the boiled eggs tastes not so good.

The room's furniture was worn, especially the upholstered chairs and sofa. Compressed cushions, worn/ripped fabrics. Hotel did not have a shuttle to Disneyland, but relied on city transportation, whose schedule was irregular. I waited for almost an hour. A lyft cost me $10, well worth it. There is a daily parking charge, and a fee for early/late check in/out ($40)

Location was good. Rooms were large, but "tired." The lobby and breakfast room were nice and cheery. Breakfast was good, but standard buffet, nothing special. Everything was clean, but no daily maid service.

Our suite seemed to smell quite musty on arrival and the curtains seemed to have some stains on them at the bottom edges. We were grateful that the bedroom windows opened right up so we could air them out when we were out for the day. The spa bubble dial didn’t seem to work but it was a great temperature. The plugs also seemed to get jammed often so they must be an ill-fitting design.

The cosy entrance with open fireplace, the large pool area and very friendly front reception staff.

I didn't like that there were no USB charging ports. Also I don't understand why you charge for parking and per night. I understand avoiding others not staying at the hotel from parking there but this should be included in the price. I hate that hotels do this now! I have to pay to park my own car, not even valet service.

Breakfast was a plus as i went with my 3 small kiddos.

Plastic cutlery and paper plates used every day for breakfast. This is so bad for the environment. Also no bar for the suites which would be great.

Great comfy beds and pillows. Good size suites for family of 5. Nice staff and allowed us early check in. Great location. Close to everything Disney. Good parking. Good pool.

What I didn’t like was the curtains were see through and we were on the first floor. At night the light shined through and the room was to lit up. The blankets smelled like bleach and it was very strong to the point where it smelled like feet. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.

I loved the breakfast and the rooms.
