There were spots on the carpeting throughout the sweet which distracted from my rating. Almost all utensils were missing.

The location near the airport for a net day trip was just what I needed.

There's an overall odor of years of cigarette smoke that prevailed throughout the floor, though not quite as bad in the room.

Room: Shower pressure was ok, could have been stronger. I did really enjoy all the amenities that come with a full suite, including the full-sized fridge and plenty of space for personal belongings. Bed was mostly comfortable. Breakfast: Scrambled eggs were well-prepared and tasty, but the French toast sticks were terrible. Good selection of cereals and toasted breads. Staff responded promptly when I ask to refill the milk container.

Carpet in our room was very soiled. Shower curtain was hanging up backwards. There was no hand soap by the sink to wash hands.

Location was convenient. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast provided a nice variety . Front desk staff was very friendly

Our room did not have shampoo, conditioner or glasses to use. One tv remote did not work needed batteries.

It is a beautiful building but it doesn’t seem like it’s being well maintained. The place is all stained, broken and rusted in the rooms. My kids got a room that wasn’t cleaned and still had trash and walls had stuff on it. It’s a shame it’s a beautiful place. The grounds were nice and a great location.

The place looks beautiful and great location it’s not a bad place once you get over the stains and lack of care of the place. Great little kitchen and living areas. As well as separate bath & bedroom areas.

The first room I was in the heat wasn’t working. There was no maintenance man available so I had to be moved into another room. The room I moved to was different from my original room and I liked that one better. Also there wasn’t any pots, pans or knives available in the room to cook. A worker had to look around in other rooms for kitchenware.

This property has seen better days. A lot of features in the room were either broken or missing. Room wasn’t reset properly, there were no pots or pans, fireplace was broken, etc.

Breakfast sucks and is only available till 830am on weekdays and 930am weekends. Lots of garbage and cigarettes surrounding pool by fire pit and grill (only 1 grill available which is dirty). Pool has algae and is cloudy. Front desk staff is not friendly- needed a plunger for toilet at 11pm one night and was told I need to come get it despite having a sleeping child in the room. No extra bedding in room for pull out couch- had to ask for it and was told they didn’t have anymore pillows. Couch had dog hair all over it.

A lot of noise from room above all night long. Extremely dirty carpets, stains throughout the entire room and all the hallways. Debris on carpet. Very very bad smell in the room. Breakfast hours ended way too early.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Loved the locks on the room door. Felt very safe. Loved the room size.
