The room size & features were great. The breakfast was excellent. The breakfast offerings vary day-to-day, but it was especially great on the weekend when brisket was placed on the buffet.

Far location, you need car , no cleaning for the room within 10 days stay ! The room was very far from the reception, the card many times did not work , poor breakfast

Pancake machine need to be replaced; it's ridiculous to have breakfast attendant to stop and continue to "fix" device that needs replacing.Not to mention young kids waiting on pancakes . It had issues on both Sat and Sun.

Check-in was quick and simple.We booked a studio suite, and we were not disappointed. I was so impressed I joined hotel member rewards program . Breakfast was a buffet. It was more than I could've imagined from a hotel. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The water within the room was really tricky. It took a long while for the water to get hot, and then once it did, it was scalding, and it made bathing smaller children very difficult. On the listing, it says it includes a pull out couch. However, the couch was not that.

The beds were very comfortable! Also, having a full kitchen was very nice for a family trip! The setup of the room was very nice, being loft style. The pool was very nice as well. The location was perfectly hidden away but very close to any retailer you may need.

We had ants all over the counters. Unable to use the phone to call from desk..Kids knocking on doors and running. Bathroom to small.

Checkout was at 11am, but when I went downstairs at 9:30am to clean out my vehicle and get it ready to leave/packed up, the housekeeper gentleman already had his cart outside of where we were. He remained outside down there until we left at 10:15am. Felt like he was impatiently waiting on us to leave so he could clean our room and we left WELL before checkout time.

We loved the "room". It was like an apartment style hotel room. King bed in the loft with a bathroom, 2 full beds and a bath downstairs, and a couch (pullout if needed). It had a full kitchen, stove, full size microwave, and a full size fridge. Property was clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast had some good options. Location is in a great area, close to a Schnucks and close to shopping.

The rooms wasn’t as described. Was suppose to have a sofa bed in living room, king size bedroom with door downstairs and double beds in the upstairs bedroom. Because there was no sofa one of the kids had to sleep on the couch. No privacy either

Only issue they didn’t restock room. No creamer for coffee. And no conditioner for shower. Odd breakfast choice of ground beef taco meat for breakfast burritos. Very spicy for 8 am. Only turkey bacon and sausage. Do believe religious restrictions of pork is the reason. No biggie.

Bathroom small and smells funny. Toilet makes a noise when flushed. No rubber mat available at the tub; we have to ask for it. Breakfast is the same in all the 4 days we were there. Could have provided more variety.

There are a number of building maintenance issues that need to be addressed. For instance, the bathroom door hinges were loose and the door could not be closed and latched. Outdoor wood rot too but I suspect the owner is working on all of that kind of rehab. The price reflected these issues, all was clean, no unruly guests, no odors, kitchen was equipped adequately and I would happily stay there again.

Stairs required to access room. No parking near room. Ad for the room said 1 king bed. Room was actually a 2 story unit with 3 beds.
