I arrived a few hours early, I knew getting in before 4PM might not be possible. However, the temporary storage lockers were full and it was difficult to get in touch with anyone to put my bags in a secure area. The keyless entry on the front door and room worked 90% of the time but could be glichy.

This is a converted industrial loft, so there are zero amenities. Zero contact with other humans. Punch in. Punch out. The loft “bedroom” in my room was unusable. Fine for me because I could sleep on the mainfloor couch. For a night, if you’re going to a ballgame, it’s passable.

issue with refrigerator beeping regulary at night, ???with no instructions on how to fix..? Suggest be useful to have some instructons for appliances. Also clear advice from the get go that the access codes will be provided just before rental. I think I was advised yhat access codes would br provided 3 days in advance, unnessesary confusion.. Also the aircon was very loud and was really required as we struck a very hot few days in Seattle otherwise we would stay again. Thankyou M & J McGovern

Lots of noise from streets due to poor windows, no staff on site despite a sign stating they would be there at specific hours, some issues in local areas with drug addicts and homeless persons, access is via dark alleyways that often were almost blocked by vehicles accessing other properties, not enough large lockers for guests to use after checkout

No staff on hand, all done by codes. No enough bag storage lockers on site. A ladder only access to double bed and crawl on to bed. We are in our 70's and thought that it was dangerous.

Very good location, close to station and ferries. Modern concept. Kitchen fully equipped.

The air conditioner as it currently stands definitely kept us cool - but wasn't the most sophisticated and was quite loud. And the loft bed will always feel a little bit funky to the average traveler, so not for everyone.

Great location, and the Sonder app worked really well. The room was incredibly clean, and the loft bed was comfortable and felt big and safe. My parents used the accessible room (bed on floor) and loved it.

No USB ports to charge electronics- be sure to bring a wall charger. Bed is up a ladder in the loft- be aware if you have mobility issues. Property stated there was a sofa bed, but there was not.

Found it difficult to cool down the sleeping level, did eventually get there but considering outside temperatures weren’t too high this could be an issue. Some minor snagging issues including tv remote not properly working but nothing major other than the bedroom being too warm.

Good location for public transport, cool apartment, lovely staff, very good value for money (albeit this was pre Marriott purchasing Sonder so prices may have changed significantly). Staff also lovely

Need to watch out crowds in the nite. Unlike rooms in the south, the rooms in the north may face with noises from the pool bar nearby.

User-friendly bed and kitchen. The springs were hard enough to enjoy sleep. Enjoyed the spacy kitchen.

Communicating was not good. Always on hold and most off the time and they were of no help, if by phone. Online was even worst.

My only downside was I am quite short and struggled a little to get onto the bed, but that certainly would not deter me from stopping there again if I was ever in the city

Apartment was amazing, so clean and decor was great, the lovely touches of the white noise machine and ear plugs were an added bonus. I could not recommend it more highly. Staff, although I did not see them were very attentive on messages.

Take parking into considering when planning on staying here if you are driving into Seattle and wish to find cheap/easy parking. We stayed for 2 nights and paid $150 total for parking at the lot down the street that is referenced in their check-in instructions. This was the only downside, everything else was great!

Loved our stay! Bed was very comfortable, we fully expected and enjoyed the loft but folks who are not fond of steep, small stairs beware. Location was prime for the stadiums, Wamu theater, restaurants, bars, etc. I felt very safe in the location outside at night. There is no staff on sight (was expected) and didn’t miss it. Extras cabinet was hard to find but it ended up being right in front of the elevators in a little hutch. Can’t wait to come back, will definitely stay here when returning to Seattle.

The sofa bed mattress was so thin and uncomfortable. As it was only needed for one person I slept on the sofa and the was fine.

The location was so convenient for transport links. Plenty of tea/coffee, fresh towels etc available. The roof terrace was a real bonus.

Poorly designed room: kitchen way too big; inadequate clothes storage; badly placed electric outlets; desk too small; sleeping loft cute but impractical (I slept on the sofa); you hit your head on enormous bathroom cabinet.
