Lifts were scary. I used the stairs even though on 4th floor. Food selection limited but I was there in the off season.

Great suites. Very spacious and air conditioning really good. Lounge are had comfortable seating. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses and plates etc. Excellent free parking. All staff exceptional friendly.

The floor in the room was filthy (our feet turn black from walking around the room just a little bit). Housekeeping seemed to only consist of making the bed and replacing towels. The sink/shower were not cleaned, the floors were not cleaned, toiletries were not refreshed, and none of our dirty dishes were replaced. I went to ask for more toiletries at the front desk and they gave me a very hard time, and didn’t give me as many as I asked for (we were covered in sunscreen, bug spray, sweat, and sand from kayaking).

Good location, large rooms, large pool area. Decent breakfast, but a little boring if you are staying many days. Nice views from the walkways- we saw fish and spotted rays. Nice pool towels.

mattress needs replacing, not comfortable, pillows also and warmer blankets. Breakfast was so, so. Tried twice ,

the apartment feeling of space, clean, friendly, well thought of as far as what should be needed. The jointing rooms were a bonus.

The breakfast was nice but could use a bit more of fruits and choices of cereals and bread. The bathroom is a bit old fashion compared to the rest of the room.

A lot of facilities : the pool area is nice and big, you even have a bar. The fitness is tiny but you have enough to workout a little bit. You can use bikes for free to stroll around Marathon. The room was soooo spacious ! It had everything we needed. The view over the marina is very charming.

The property is clean, is in a good location in marathon, pool is heated, you can use the boat ramp, balcony view, and spacious rooms.

Sofabed, some aspects of view/outlook.

Good suite with comfy main bed, sofabed was a little tired but overall space was great. Location was ok, quiet and away from main road, overlooking marina but shame about the unused land opposite. Good location on Keys for exploring lower Keys area. Pool and bar was lovely, shame some of the other facilities were not up to the same standard. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Wifi was not worked properly! First night/morning was not working and every day for few hours! (for us from Europe was a little bit stressful,we dont have unlimited Internet for US) Free bikes are in very bad condition!

Had to go to reception every time you needed ice as no ice machines . A few more umbrellas around pool needed for extra shade, but these are minor points

Very nice hotel in good location close to water in Marathon. Excellent pool and bar. Breakfast included. Rooms well equipped and clean. Reception staff and bar staff very helpful and friendly. We extended our stay as we enjoyed so much. Marathon has so much to offer when you get off US1

Wrist band that is a room key. Having to keep your pool towel until your stay ended.

Please read above comments for dislikes. Pulling up to the Skipjack Resort & riding around parking areas leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully, after all construction is completed in the area the resort will be more inviting.

The room was clean, a good size, but not luxury. The water temperature in shower fluctuated from hot to cold during our showers. The breakfast had a limited choice, and each day they were out of many items. For example, we had bagels the first day & they never had them again during our stay. Fruit was offered 2 of the 4 days. Would have liked to see oatmeal on their complimentary breakfast item, not fruit loops! Our biggest complaint was that the chef/cook on several occasions while cooking coughed all over the food & never covered his mouth or wore a mask. Very upsetting! The pool & the Tiki Bar were great. Such nice & accommodating bartenders & staff. Loved looking out at the marina & all the yachts/boats.

Dated pool area bathrooms, gym and free breakfast was not buffet style with restaurant rationing out the limited menu items. Also hotel hords the ice machine behind the front desk and rations out ice.

The rooms have been upgraded and have a big comfy bed and shower with bench and plenty of ac. Docks were very convenient with your boat steps away from room and Dawn the dock master was very helpful and accommodating. We even had a manatee visit the boat for extended periods.

Not a fan of wrist bands. I refuse to wear them under any circumstances. Probably fine for most people and kids. Balconies over look parking lot while room entrance overlooks canal. Would be better the other way around. But, many Marathon resorts have no water access or view at all. Excessive pricing for boat slips/dock space. We rented a boat but it was way too expensive to keep the boat at the resort when free to keep at the rental marina. ($114/night)

More activities than most keys resorts. (Tennis, ping pong, volley ball, etc.) Room with some free loaner equipment. (Rods, coolers, chairs, bait bucket, etc). Great for families. Balconies. Roomy (suite). Decent restaurant. Great bar staff. Laid back. Good location. (Boot Key harbor. Center of town). Only stated continental breakfast, but included fresh cooked eggs and bacon. No frills, but quite satisfactory. Had a real coffee maker in room. (Not pods). Best price anywhere in Florida for waterproof phone cases. Plenty of free parking. Manatees live in the harbor and where viewed several times.

Everything, especially breakfast, the feeling of being on a resort while by the poolside. The had a pack and play ready and set to go.
