Ants! Ants! Ants! The owners were aware as there were traps all around. Broken pocket door to bedroom, could not close for privacy, dressing, or resting.

The location was great! The cottage was beautiful and clean! Plenty of pots, pans, dishes. Even a little oven to use. There was a spot in the back with a BBQ and table to use. We loved it! So close to down town shops.

It really was perfect.

Normally we stay in hotels. We really liked having 'an apartment' with a living room. The cottage was well appointed and very clean and stylish.

There are four cottages. Two have King size beds and two have Queen size beds (all with pull out sofa/beds). I wish I would have gotten the King size bed. Next time!

I have stayed in probably over a 100 hotels/resorts/apartments in my lifetime-this was the BEST! From the large size of the separate family room/kitchen and bedroom to the best shower I have ever had on the road. The hostess was a sweetheart. The location was PERFECT!

The only thing that stands out was that on our second night the folks staying in the front cottage, attached to us, were quite loud, at a late hour, and it would be lovely to have a little more insulation between both units to help minimize shared noise. Other than that, it was perfect.

This property is super cute! We will be staying here again and again. We typically spend a day in Solvang, on our way to Morro Bay and this was our first time staying overnight in Solvang and this property did not disappoint. The cottages have ample parking and are centrally located and close to all of the shopping and restaurants. Very walkable and the accommodations were lovely. My daughter loved the size of the bathroom mirror and wants me to redo her bathroom to match. Thank you again for allowing us to stay. We will be back!

The property manager was very attentive, but there’s no onsite accommodations like a traditional hotel. This is very much like an “Airbnb” but we did need help with the TV and some extra things like towels and toilet paper and Olivia was so helpful! It’s just not IMMEDIATE.

Amazing property for a small family. The location is perfect and we felt like we had space to actually enjoy the room.

The hosts had unexpectedly provided a Danish bakery pastry box for breakfast / snacking, cold water in the refrigerator, a nice selection of Kuerig coffee. The room and bathroom was very clean and neat.

There were ants on the kitchen counters. The very heavy coffee table in the small living/dining/kitchen area must be moved to open the sofa sleeper. The bathroom is through the master bedroom - not convenient for multiple adults; okay for parents and their kids. The rental is very small with no storage space (for luggage, etc.) for multiple adults. The one closet in the bedroom was full of bins on bedding for the sofa bed. There is zero room in the living/dining/kitchen area for storing luggage. A rather large chair takes up too much space and was only good for all the too many decorator pillows on the furniture when trying to make up the sofa sleeper.

The location was great. Sofa sleeper was comfortable.

Nothing really except there isn’t anyone on site so if you have an issue you need to wait for the host to respond to your message.

Great location and we liked that there was a kitchen. And a nice porch to sit on. The host left a pastry and a card with some shopping suggestions that was a nice touch. Very clean modern interior.

The location was fantastic, walking to anything downtown was really easy. The room was great, furniture was comfortable and well appointed. We slept wonderfully, and we can’t wait to come back!

Lovely cottage, perfect location to walk to everything in town. Loved the front porch for unwinding at the end of the day with a glass of wine! The host left us delicious danish pastry; a nice touch.

Excellent Location. Steps from shopping and restaurants. Although is on one of the Main Street , it sits back from the street and still very private.
