My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and enjoyed our stay at Solid Ground Lodge so much! Everything was decorated beautifully and it was very clean and cozy. The porch was nice to sit out on and enjoy the view and peace and quiet. Also the hot tub was very clean and relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we hope to come back in the near future!

one of the toilets were having issues but the owner took care of it quickly also most places have checkout instructions but this cabin didn’t but I wouldn’t say that’s a bad thing. They also had construction going on right next door and they were very loud from 7 in the morning to late in the evening.

Everything was clean the beds are extremely comfortable!very family friendly with board games and living room space. The hot tub was very clean !The owner is very friendly and responds quickly to any questions you may need! Overall 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Some of the lights did not work. Dining room lights did not work and the small light in the downstairs bathroom did not work

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

We loved it was quiet and not in the hustle and bustle. But it was close enough we could enjoy the food and shopping. Loved the hot tub and that they had games to play while we were there.

This cabin is beautiful and clean. Great location. So peaceful but a short drive to all the fun attractions. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. We loved the views off the deck and hot tub.

Needs some safety items like an additional handrail going up the stairs, safety bar in shower, took Kcups for coffee but it was a regular pot. Was not able to have coffee in the morning. Bed was firm, not to our liking.

I booked a cabin for a birthday dinner and not to have a party and the property owner kept bothering me I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. The first night the property owner messaged me saying that there could only be four people staying at the cabin and i told her that was fine and that If it was fine for my family/friends to only come to the dinner and visit me not to stay at the cabin and she said that was fine. The day of my dinner she kept sending me pictures from her camera that is at the front porch of my family and friends that had come and was telling me how there was more then four people and she kept assuming that my family was going to stay at the cabin because it was late but i told her that my family was gonna leave and she kept on sending me pictures of my family outside eating food and when it was late and my family left i texted her to check her camera and see that my family had left and that they didn’t stay and she never replied in the night until the next morning saying that my family didn’t leave when they did infact leave. She kept ignoring the fact that I told her to check her cameras when my family left late at night and she only kept sending the pictures when they were at the cabin.

Got the property manager went to booking.com and said I smoke marijuana and I've been sober 13 years she just got mad because there was a lot of dirty places in the cabin wine was left in the refrigerator from last guess so what's that tell you we checked in they checked out and nothing was cleaned I have pictures of everything so don't come back and say that there was damage and try to get even with me hun your cabin was not clean. Simple as that and how do I know the cleaning company doesn't smoke pot and they went in there and smoked it then called whomever. They contacted me while we were out in Gatlinburg and said the cleaning people were coming to fix the problem cleaning people pick the poop up off the porch and didn't do anything on the inside

The cabin was very nice wasn't there long just to sleep
