Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesStaff not attentive or friendly. No one acknowledged us in passing or as we entered the lobby.
Breakfast was overpriced and the gratuity should be up to the customer not automatically included. It’s a buffet! They did nothing.

NorwayThe cost is really quite high. It is to be expected in this area, though. I did also think that breakfast could have been included in the price, but this kicks in only for more than three nights' stay. That's not quite our league.
Fine room, fine view and location. Pool and spa, well equipped gym, bath robes, pretty much what amounts to luxury. As it was summer, the access to hiking trails to Snow King Mountain was welcome and very close. The gondola can be used both up and down for those wanting to walk one way or not at all.

United StatesSee above. Cleanliness, Price, Resort fees.
This was our last stop of our trip and for the price my worst of the stays. The location is it's #1 asset. Staff did not seem upbeat or even happy to be there. The room was submarginal and not a clean as one would expect. I spotted stains on our pillow cases. The shower head and flow had issues and the door to the bathroom itself would get stuck half way and had to be opened with force. The pool was having some kind of issues keeping clean and had a lot of dead flies around it. Hot tub jets were not working. UGH! I mean we paid a lot for this location, which also included "Resort Fees" which I have issues with. Just doesn't seem right when they can't even maintain a clean and functioning pool.

United StatesThe outside cushions were a bit worn and some missing. We stayed for 3 days and not once did anyone come in to offer new towels, make the bed or take our trash. Grand Teton view advertised with booking.com but not what we were given.
I enjoyed the location. It was very walkable when going into town. The lobby, pool and hot tub area nice and inviting.

United StatesThe price! $650 per night is insane! We asked for an upper room but were told everything was booked out. We reached out to the reception via text message and phone/voicemail (since we called multiple times and they seemed to be always busy) but did not hear back at all during our stay. The fireplace in the living room suddenly turned off at night and we couldn’t get it back on. Even though we turned off the thermostat im the living room, there was no way to turn the AC floor vents in the main bedroom off so we dropped pillows on it to not freeze at night. Booking showed the total $$ cheaper for 2 nights saying all tax and fees were included but they were not and we got charged an additional $150 at check-in. When approaching the front desk about these question they couldn’t help us for any of these, just offered to send maintenance and said it’s bookings fault (even though in my experience, it’s usually VERY clear on booking if taxes or fees are included or not). Staff was okay, but not overly friendly and supportive which we‘d expect for that price.
We reserved a condo which was very spacious and had plenty of amenities, 2 bathrooms, 2 beds, a nice balcony, good equipped kitchenette, etc The resort was fully booked due to an event so we didn’t use the pool or gym but everything looked clean and organized. Convenient Parking right at the basement of the condo even though there is no elevator. When we asked about using the pool after check out we were given spa wristbands to use it in the afternoon which was very nice of the front office clerk.

United StatesWe stayed in a condo, which is rather far from the main building and had to return to the reception desk 3 times before we finally got a key that worked to the room. It was very frustrating. We were also told by the front desk that we could get bear spray at the sports/activity center. We went there and were told they never carry any. Other than those few hiccups, we really enjoyed our stay.
The property was beautiful and our room was spacious and had everything we needed and more!

United StatesFront desk staff were not great. Booked 4 rooms on reservation and had to really push to get them even on the same floor at first they said rooms weren't available close then after asking again they were able to accommodate this should be a given especially for the cost of rooms. They were not particularly friendly or accommodating at all, very disappointed in the staff.
The facility and restaurant were very nice and so close to Jackson

The location and view is wonderful, in Jackson its hard to not be Room is average, with minimal provisions considering the high room rate, with added resort fee did not use the restaurant as there are fantastic places in town

United StatesDid not have an ice machine on my floor, which was not a huge deal- but would've been helpful! Also was super pricey when looking at other places around the area, but if you want a resort, you get a resort! There is a resturant I believe, but they did not have breakfast.
If you want to feel a little "boujee" then this is the place. Placed just above Jackson Hole, this resort does have quite the beautiful views and is an easy walk to the main streets. The staff were so friendly and sweet, even accomodated me to a slightly early check in, which I am so beyond grateful for! The room was cozy, clean and stunning- had extra towels, robes, etc.

United StatesUnfortunately, the one staff member I dealt with at check in wasn’t very pleasant to deal with, and didn’t really give me a welcoming or friendly vibe…she seemed angry and didn’t enjoy her job. She failed to give me a parking pass, which I had to come back in to get after I realized one was needed to park overnight. She also managed to charge an additional $100 on my credit card for essentials, which was supposed to be $50 per night, totaling $100 for the two nights I planned to stay there, but instead was charged $100 twice. As of this post, one charge has posted and been withdrawn from my bank account, and the other is pending…so hopefully both are returned since I didn’t utilize any of the facilities essentials or amenities. If not, I will be contacting the property to find out what’s what. I later went back to get the parking pass and dealt with a different member of the staff, and she was super helpful and pleasant. Meanwhile the other one I had dealt with earlier was busy looking at herself in the mirror, and looking just as miserable as before. Fortunately, I didn’t see that staff member the rest of the time I was there, and the other staff members I met over the 2 days were very helpful, friendly, and pleasant to engage with.
The property was really nice overall, clean and comfortable. The location was great, and the restaurant there on site “Hayden’s Post” was really tasty. Overall I liked it and would recommend staying there to friends and others.

United StatesI had email correspondence prior to arrival my room would have a microwave. When I inquired it was told no, it was a mistake. Cable in my room went out the last day. I was packing and watching TV. Called the front desk and reported. Waited a while, called back. Girl who answered said they had no record. Gave me a lame excuse that they all have separate logins so no one knew who or if anyone reported it ….
