Small amount of mold around the jets -- as a long-time whirlpool owner, I understand it's just not possible to keep the jets spotless, but please keep trying. And please fix the jacuzzi's push button starter or cap it off completely. I was in room 319, back corner of the building. I noticed a cannabis smell at that end of the building after my return from the WSH/COL ballgame. It lingered for the remainder of my stay until 10:50 a.m. the next morning. The parking lot's entryway and exit to the property are bizarre and require extreme caution while driving. It does not help that construction debris is piled in a corner of the parking lot. Also, the shrubs that add so nicely to grounds also block line of sight.

I had the king suite with jacuzzi. Everything functioned during my one-night stay. I used the jacuzzi twice, first for 10 minutes after checking in, then for 15 minutes about two hours prior to checking out the next morning. The start button is permanently pushed in -- it looks broken -- but the jets operate properly during the chosen time period, user's choice with a twist timer. The shower functioned well also -- hot water fast from any faucet, in fact. The bed was very comfortable and included five quality pillows. The room was 74 degrees when I entered. I quickly set the thermostat to 68, and it responded in kind, so the spacious room was comfortable. Everything in the simple, carpletless room was in order. Breakfast was varied and acceptable, with eggs and sausage first served at 6:15-20 a.m. Everything else -- muffins, bread, cereal, apples, oranges, juices, water, milk and yogurt -- were available at 6 a.m. The hallways were exceptionally well lit. The back stairwell was in good order. The grounds were well kept. I found the building's mission-style architecture eye catching. 20 minutes by car to Anacostia Metro parking lot. Plenty of parking that's usually no more than $5, and the Metro to the Navy Yard/ballpark is less than $5 round trip -- I just swiped my CC to enter and exit through the stiles -- that's in lieu of a metro card or similar to gain access.

There was not enough parking. We had to park up at the liquor store.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great.

The door to the shower was hard to manage. It needed to be replace.

The first room (301) we were assigned, had no air conditioning. We informed the front desk staff, waited with no response. We left to eat and returned at least an hour later, disappointed no one had rectified the issue. We waited for staff at the desk to go to the room with us. The young lady knew we were waiting and seemingly made us wait even longer. Perhaps we were too nice, quiet and understanding…she eventually accompanied us to the room where we waited in the hot room for the mechanic who never showed up. We were reassigned to another room (419) after going back to the desk to inquire about the mechanic. Told the mechanic wasn’t on premises. Room 419 was perfect!

Close to my event venue. The breakfast dining area was clean and food was nice. There was a convenience store nearby. The room we were eventually placed (2nd room-419) was very nice.

I called to ask can I purchase the boxing fight as was told yes an when I got there was informed that they didn’t have ppv channels. I would have booked some where that did if I wasn’t told that over the phone

I thought my room would have been tidy up since I didn't have a sign on my door. I know for future stays. The guest above my room was loud and we didn't get a good night sleep, we checked out 7 hours early.

The breakfast was descent. I thought a vending machine was on site. There was a store at the entrance of the hotel, so it was ok for no vending machine inside the hotel

The elevators did not operate going down. That was a major inconvenience. I’m a smoker and I had to take the stairs down 4 floors just to get to my car. Luckily the elevator worked fine going up 😒

How clean and comfortable everything was. The hallways were immaculate.
