United StatesI booked two rooms and the tub drained slowly in one room and the sink drained slowly in the other. But that was no problem for your staff because they remedied that promptly. The only real issue was out of your control, and that was the road work going on in front of the building. Hopefully that'll be completed soon enough.
I booked through a third party and there was a little mix-up in the handicap accessible room but the young man at the front desk remedied it quickly. The handicap room was very spacious and my friend was able to move around freely without worrying about bumping into things with her chair. We appreciate that there were enough choices at breakfast to please everyone in our group. We appreciated the extensive list of restaurants in the area and the recommendations from the staff.

The location is a nice and quiet area . I was in the area to shop at woodbury commons. This hotel though a bit far from the outlet yet I chose it and it was a good decision. The hotel is nice and newly renovated.
