The key card deactivating needs improvement. And I was looking forward to the good variety of breakfast that was once there. And I was expecting the room to have some tables to use for eating meals like they used too.

The 3rd floor had a real bad smell when we got off the elevator and the room we stayed in had a smell as well, we had to use air freshener in our room. Also since it was a rainy 🌧 weekend and we couldn't enjoy the pool, we tried to watch some football on TV, but was unable to. The service provider that the hotel has is horrible, DIRECT TV. which kept freezing due to the weather and no good channels and not able to watch no football. We ended up watching the Big Bang Theory all weekend when the TV did work.

I liked the location , close to Walmart, Publix and a Walgreens.

Rooms werent as clean when we checked in, floor was dirty, bed sheet had stains, couch had dust and dirt. The hallway smelt bad but after day two the place started to smell and feel better

The bed linens didn’t feel particularly comfortable, though it's hard to pinpoint exactly why. While breakfast was advertised, it was quite minimal—mostly toast and cereal. I do not like the system of hotels asking for deposit, though its not hotel specific and is applicable in most of the hotels in the state.

We stayed for one night prior to an early flight the next morning, and the accommodation served its purpose. That said, the hotel was clean and the staff were professional. Overall, it was adequate for a brief overnight stay.

There was no made service every night, even to empty the trash basket. and on check-in, there was no tissue paper in the bathroom. During my stay, I could not communicate with my office. I did not go on the internet to work. I will stay there, but they will have to have the internet working properly. There was no one to help with the internet problems

The air conditioning wasn't as cold as I'd liked it to be, in fact it was a bit warm, and it's too hot in fort lauderdale for the air conditioner not to work properly.

It was convenient as there was a Walmart neighborhood market and Walgreens within walking distance.

When the smoke alarm went off, employees were looking startled instead of instructing us to the appropriate places throughout the building. We didn't know if it was test or a real situation. Afterwards, a young man ensured us it was ok.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and facilities and how Kelli accommodated our luggage before check-in to make it convenient, instead of tackling luggage everywhere we went within the community. Also, the swimming pool area was very clean and the water felt great!

the pool area was filthy. My feet were black after walking around the pool deck once. And there were guests smoking marijuana on the pool deck , which was obviously not acceptable in a non-smoking facility! We had to leave the pool! And when I mentioned it to the desk staff, she didnt understand my issue ( she spoke very poor english unfortunately)

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the fan in the bathroom. It was so loud, sounded like the planes were taking off every time we needed to turn on the lights in the bathroom.

I really liked the location of this property. Nice, quiet, convenient place to stay. The staff were great. I was really happy about our beds in the room, they were very comfortable.
