Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe pool and hot tub had too much chlorine in it that it hurt my eyes while I was watching the kids play in the pool. The vent system would air out the area and it would be better but if they ran the hot tub it made it worse. They were apparently short staffed as you had to wait a while for the front desk person to return and they couldn’t keep towels in supply for the pool.
It was up to date. Mostly clean and simple.

United StatesIt wasn't very clean the first day we arrived. There was hair in the bathroom, and the toilet paper was already used and had hair on it. The toilet paper wasn't vacuumed properly and was partly coming loose. On our second night, at 6 a.m., they started mowing the grass, and it was so noisy that we couldn't get a good night's sleep.

United StatesWater damage on just about every piece of furniture in the room. Controls on AC are not visible at all! Had to wake up 4 times turning knobs aimlessly so I wasn't sweating/freezing in my sleep. If you charge customers for damage to the rooms, why aren't you using those funds to repair/replace what's damaged?

United StatesThe room i stayed in TV was not programmed, I took care of it. The pool and spa water temperatures were super cold and pool towels were super small and did not absorb anything.
The staff was nice. Pillows were super soft. Liked the indoor pool even though water was freezing.

Location was good, easy to get to services, downtown ($13 Uber). Close to good restaurants and UTSA. We stayed for the Final 4 weekend and also got to Seaworld.

United StatesI was at another facility in Dallas and the room was up dated we were on the third floor DONT know if that made a difference but I feel the facility should update their rooms at least the bathrooms a little rust on the frames and for the coat I didn’t like that but the beds were very comfortable other then that NEED TO UPDATE ROOMS

United StatesI don’t think we were given clean bedding upon arrival, we called down and asked they send new bedding up but she said they didn’t have any but we could come down and get like a throw blanket. She wouldn’t bring it up to us. Rooms have an older dirty feel to them. Breakfast was average, only one elevator worked and it took FOREVER. I feel like this property is more in the $80 range paying over $100 a night for this room wasn’t a fair price.
Great location! Internet was alright. Beds were okay. The rooms, They are very basic. Shower was always hot which was great. Pool was a decent size and the guy at the front desk was nice. The AC worked great.
