United StatesThe bed sheets are thin could use a upgrade felt like a curtain liner, staff didn’t check in and see if we needed anything like extra towels or tissue, we stayed for three days and nothing we had to ask for everything, and the rooms could use trash cans and a broom to have non carpet, and the room wasn’t clean everything could use a good wipe down, the room we stayed in you could see the dust on the doors and hand prints from others and the fringe also they need to wipe down EVERYTHING!…. And again THE SHEETS SUCKS THEY SLIDE OFF YOUR BODY AND TO THE FLOOR SO EASILY IF YOUR A WIDE SLEEPER EXPECT TO WAKE UP WITH THE SHEETS ON THE FLOOR NO WARMTH WHAT SO EVER!

There was only 1 trash can in the room, so you have to put feminine products in trash can in main area of room. Lighting in room was poor. Couldn’t use hair dryer, due to outlet not working.

United StatesI liked that it was within walking distance to the event we were going to and they also have a trolley to events as well. I didn't like that I had to go get clean towels daily. We stayed 6 nights, and they didn't come clean the room one time. I ask the girl at the front desk and she said we had to tell them to come clean, but they didn't let us know that at check-in. There was a sign on the mirror that said they would come clean on the 3rd day for longer stays, but they didn't. I really liked the shower

United StatesI did not like that my hotel bathroom floor was filthy with crumbs and hair, obviously not swept. I also did not care for the breakfast; it is a smaller dining area, and it can become cramped with guests during peak times.
It was a nice location near dining and a gas station. I also enjoyed the pool area which was clean and orderly. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast is a basic waffles, yogurts, cereals and fruit; enough to get your day going. The front desk was helpful with our stay during a conference.

United StatesRestrooms leaked a lot of water and we were only given 2 towels for a family of 4. Plus first room they gave us the phone and microwave didn’t work. Breakfast was good but not really too much of a variety. Also I didn’t like how the front stairs only went to the second floor!
