POOL AND HOT TUB WERE DIRTY. POOL LOOKED LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN A WHILE. NO TOWELS WERE AVAILIBLE. WORKER SAID HE WOULD BRING SOME OUT BUT DIDNT. WE HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE 6 SO DID NOT GET ANY BREAKFAST EITHER. SHOULD HAVE BREAKFAST EARLIER BECAUSE YOU ARE AT AIRPORT.

The evening staffer (man) was extremely rude & dismissive to my questions & concerns. My first room smelled & was dirty with hairs in the bed & bath, light that didn’t work & almost all the outlets did not work. The second room was only a little better but it was late and I had a 3am flight, so I delt with it.

The early morning crew was super nice and helpful.

Breakfast was terrible. The sausage and egg burrito was vile. Coffee weak. The rest was muffins, bagels, cereal, and waffles. Dining area was very cramped

It was old and dated. The toilet had some issues and we stated that so instead of them fixing it they left a plunger by the door. I felt like update your stuff and we wouldn't need a plunger. Also I did not get the rate that I saw it was more when I got there.

I was clean, friendly staff, also breakfast was offered. It was a decent place to lay my head but definitely not luxury.

The fan in the restroom did not work. A woman was sitting in her car for about 30 mins, looking around the middle console of her car the whole time, as we were bringing in items and getting food to go from a nearby restaurant (Panda Express).

THIS HOTEL IS A SHAME!! 2 Nothing! This hotel was a nightmare. Everything was dirty. The sheets were not washed. The pillows were dirty! The cover either. There were hair everywhere. See pictures. We were close to leave but were trapped. We slept with towels on dirty pillows, without sheets, just covered by an unwashed blanket! THIS HOTEL IS A SHAME!! Spend 20 USD more and you will have Ramada!!

It all started when I used the restroom by the lobby, toilet seat was dirty with hair, the walls had stuff all over them, was just not clean. In the room The shower was dirty with a bug on the bottom of the door, the toilet was clogged the first time we used it, the sink didn’t drain, and there was also stains on the floor, one looked like blood and couldn’t figure out what the other one was. The pictures on the wall were smudged and looked disgusting. We didn’t want to stay but since it was only one night we decided to just touch it out.

It was close proximity to the concert we were attending.

My wife had surgery scheduled for tomorrow morning and it got moved up to today I asked it was only 2 minutes after I got here if I could cancel the reservation they told me no and I told him why and I had to rush her down to the hospital because it's an emergency operation and they wouldn't refund my money and I think that's terrible it's terrible thing to do because I can't afford after they took 2,500 for this surgery that's what I had to pay up front I don't have the money so they took my last dime that I have in the bank and I think that's totally wrong uncalled for it was only 2 minutes 2 minutes after I booked it it came in here and then they called and I had to get up there right away and I mean this is a life-threatening situation and they still they took my money they don't care that's what I think's horrible about this place simply horrible they should have the consideration of at least dealing with the situation situation on hand is that I had to pay upfront to these to the hospital for the surgery and they took the last dime I had out of my pocket and then I find out it wasn't $80.01 it was only 50 58 76 so there's a question of 20 22 something dollars missing and I can't get a hold of anybody from booking.com to see what they can do but it's terrible I do not like and I do not want to ever book again with you guys last time that I'm going to get screwed for money because it didn't say anything about cancellations it said I could cancel but somehow it got switched around after I did book it and I'm furious about this and I'll tell you what somebody is going to head is going to roll over this this is wrong wrong I mean where's somebody's compassion just so they can make a God damn dollar bullshit it's bullshit it's bullshit
