I didn't like customer service. Ask for an iron. There's no iron. The pool time was very limited for the season. Never checked to see if stay was going well or if we needed anything. So sad.

I like the location because there are stores and shopping centers close by.

Stains smeared on bedspread of a white cream, NO COFFEE POT IN ROOM, no ICE BUCKETS receptionist gave me a thin garbage bag the size of the bathroom garbage pail and told me that’s what they use now, that’s dirty and disgusting, the refrigerator barely keeps food cold no way to adjust temp No glass plate in microwave impossible to warm my food up and I lost $40 worth of dinner between the refrigerator and microwave, poor water pressure in shower

Bathroom shower doors seemed to be on backwards - allowed water to leak onto the floor. Need better/more usb connections, need a closet space to hang clothes, carpets make rolling chair difficult to roll- potentially dangerous, hallway floors need refurbish, new shades are nice -

Definitely felt safe, but not the cleanest and nicest hotel. Everything worked as it should. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. The room definitely needed some work. There were holes in the wall covered by painters tape. Had to kill some roaches in the bathroom. Was just visiting for a funeral so we weren’t there at the hotel long, thankfully. All in all, probably wouldn’t book again, but definitely safer than hotels closer to the beach.

The first morning, the room was cleaned and the room smelled nice. The second morning, one bed was not made. The third morning the trash was empited, neither bed was made and the floors weren't even swept.

There was a weird smell, the pool wasn't open which would have been nice to know prior to our arrival, the floor in the room had a constant damn feeling and interesting smell. Breakfast was barely ok, no toaster for the bagels or bread.

Beds were too tall and we had to climb in. no place in shower to put soap, shampoo etc. no drawers for clothes. fridge didnt work, shower was very slick and we were afraid of falling.

It was a problem getting our room door open in 107. Had to wait from like 11:00pm- 11:25pm for the door to get unlocked by the manager who wasn’t on the property.

Good location to get straight to the beach. And there was no real problem with the room. Perfect place just to get some rest.
