Lady at front desk needs training. They changed my arrival even i called, tell them I will arrive at 11 am. They gave the available rooms to people who showed up before me even they had been told I will check in at 11 am. I didnt ask for savings or move my reservation. I expected we are sorry, we will talk to housekeeper to get your room asap. I had been told rooms are given away first come first serve and go wait after 15 hours drive. I also had been threaten to cancel the reservation. I said lets do it, she responded to call the booking.com to cancel it. I didnt do it since booking.com was nt working properly. I stayed a day and moved myself to different hotel even it costed me two nights. Totally unprofessional.

The girl at the front desk was very unprofessional and very rude!! I went through booking and only needed one night and she said it was for 2 and I proceeded to show her the email and confirmation and she told me to call booking and refused to look at it. I tried to pay with my business card and she refused it and said it wasn’t real. The entire process was insane. I was also charged over 50$ for a wash rag that had makeup on it. I called to see what the charge was for and the same rude girl answered and told me she had pictures and I asked to see them and she told me she didn’t have to show me anything. She told me she would have a manager call me. She called me back and was very rude and told me she wouldn’t have anyone call me. She should not be working for the public as rude as she is. Also being charged over 50$ for a wash rag is insane. Wash it and it comes off. There is no sign that says don’t use the wash rag. I have 6 different charges trying to come out of my bank but the bank refused them and it is all from this hotel.

Kinda in the middle of nowhere, not many restaurants around. The AC unit too a while to cool the room, don’t know if it was working properly.

It took three rooms to find one where the climate control was working properly. The complementary breakfast needed to be maintained better.

what I'd didn't like was the people above me had children 🧒 that was running around half the night and also when I checked into my room there were a bar of soap that was left in the soap dish from previous owners, so to me that is not at all sanitary at all ,that bar of soap should have been thrown away and not left like that, and also the air conditioner was not working at all, so had to call front desk to make a complaint the maintenance guys came to switch out the one that was in my room,he was very nice to do so and also the telephone 📞 in my room was very dustpan also the housekeeping need to do a better job in cleaning the rooms at the hotel, and also the cook didn't show up to cook breakfast for the guests so I've believe we all should have gotten a discount on our stay at the hotel!

I've very much enjoyed the staffing at the hotel and also when I'd needed answers the front desk answers all my questions.

Breakfast was a little sparse. I was told they serve from 7am-9am. I went down around 7:50am and there were only a few scoops of eggs left, 3 tater tots, and NO sausage. Waffle batter was almost empty as I had to tip it up to get enough batter. They did eventually bring out more sausage, and the food that I had was good.

Great location for where I was heading. The price was good, and the room was spacious and clean. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Great stay

They opened my door before checkout was asleep and had set my alarm to wake up but did not hear the door knocked 😒 was not dressed, but luckily had put on the lock so lady did. Not see me naked

The water pressure in the shower was very lackluster and the shower head needs to be replaced. When I attempted to turn it to massage, it leaked around the selector. Neither of which is a deal breaker for me, I would definitely stay here again v

Hotel was very clean, front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was nice and quiet, I couldn't hear people in other rooms or in the hall. The bed was comfortable and I felt very safe in this hotel.

I did not like that I was unable to checkout with a staff member, and instead I was told to place my key card on the counter. I was also told my “deposit” would go right back to my card upon check in. It didn’t come back to my card until the day after checkout. Please let everyone know that beforehand.

I did like that there were more options for breakfast. The staff were very polite and helpful. The manager offered me a bottled water, and I found that very kind.

I found a bag of an illegal substances in my shower. Luckily I was not traveling w my daughter. I brought it up to the front desk and all I was told was sorry.

The fact that when I went to check out (get a receipt) there was no front desk clerk. A Maintenace person was baby sitting while the cashier supposed was delayed. He did call the owner and the owner said he would have a receipt emailed. That never happened so I had to return to get a copy.

The room was very clean, had all the amenities that I need and lots of tv channels.
