How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel lobby and hallways are dated.
The rooms were okay at best. The hotel smelled of a wildfire smoke from a fire about 30 miles away.

stayed for two nights with a family of 5. we have used this place only to sleep. it was perfect for that purpose. bulding is relatively new, and room and other areas were clean. Breakfast was good.

Why I do no see it as a complain, the check in process was a bit "cold" and mechanic. We only had 2 nights and the information about hotel policy that there is no room service every day was not communicated clearly.
The room was perfect for my family of 3; the indoor pool was also great. The breakfast had ok options too,

My children is allergic with animals furr since it is a pet free hotel it works well , and we love it.

Breakfast: Using one-time, mostly plastic plates, knives, forks is distatesful and ecologically wrong. Breakfast selection/quality downgrade the hotel experince.
Nice new hotel, comfortable and well situated for Page attractions. Good parking.

Some of the bread items at breakfast were very hard and stale. Handicap room was requested, no tub access bench in room provided.
Easy access from Highway, but far enough to be quiet.

Had to continually keep logging into the Wi-Fi during our 3 day stay. Breakfast items often not replenished before end of service.
Comfortable large room on the third floor with balcony overlooking the Glen Canyon dam. Beds, pillows etc comfortable and good blackout curtains and AC. Breakfast was adequate. Great to have decaff coffee! Can walk to 2 restaurants nearby and the Glen Canyon viewpoint. Few minutes drive to many other restaurants. Good value for Page with helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

No Kettle available. No food available in the Hotel at night but like I said, the town is just a short drive away and there was lots to choose from.
Great location near Lake Powell and the Dam and Horseshoe Bend. The town is a short distance away and looked lovely even though we didn't get to walk round it due to travelling on. Great value for money with good choice of breakfast in with the price. Lift to all floors. Small pool which we didn't use. The rooms were very clean and being relatively new it was being well looked after and maintained Ours had a balcony but it was a little cool to use out of the sunshine for us in April. There was a refrigerator and Coffee m/c but sadly no Kettle. (I'm a tea drinker) There was a Walmart a short drive away and food available up in the town along with a Starbucks in the Safeway Supermarket. We travelled with family and they were able to put us near to each other.

The breakfast was poor even by chain hotel standards.
The facilities were modern and clean, and our room was quiet and even had a view from a little patio which were given after checkin request.

The view was amazing you can see the dam from the balcony.
Breakfast was great. We had an early check in with a fee of course but it was very convenient.

Wish they had fresh oatmeal with different toppings for their continental breakfast. But that’s minor.
The rooms were big. Bathroom has nice shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Also they had coffee and tea for the guest until 10 pm

Can I suggest a water bottle filling station, instead of using a water fountain. Tough for large bottles. I accidentally left my phone charger behind. I realized it 4 hours later and called in about it. The very kind receptionist checked with house keeping and as I arrived back at the hotel, I was told it wasn't found. An hour later, she called and had found it. I was out of the area . A little disappointing that it took so long to locate. Not worth my paing to ship it back.
Breakfast was nice, but there should be other fruit options than apples.
