I’ve stayed at this property before, but it was always under renovation. It was great to stay with everything completed and happy to see they offered a complimentary breakfast as they had prior. Staff are very friendly. And a 24 hr pool is greatly appreciated.

The old style shower badly needs an update. PS: a rainstorm shower head CANNOT make up for the extremely small space provided to clean oneself

Scott made our stay comfortable. The room was spacious with good AC.

The complimentary breakfast is very limited. There are only eggs, bacon and some bread. No fruits, yogurt, or juice.

The retro style and Palm Springs vibes. The rooms are very nice, clean and confortable. The swimming pool is amazing, we could use it in the evening and during the day. It is located 15min waking from the center and 5min by car.

Breakfast could have healthier options like yogurt or fruits. The place little farther than we expected from downtown Palm Springs but honestly I should have checked and they have bikes we could borrow so that was a problem easily solved!

Pool is big and open 24/7, staff super friendly, good restaurant on site, great room and bedding quality. Art deco style, quiet, you could stay there and never leave!

The place and staff were fantastic! It's a clean, renovated 1950s hotel that still holds on to its classic charm. The pool was a highlight—open 24 hours, which is almost unheard of! With a bar and restaurant on-site, we had everything we needed without having to leave. The restaurant served delicious food, and the bar made excellent margaritas.

The breakfast room was busy on our night of arrival. It was a private party but this was not known to hotel guests. The receptionist on arrival was abrupt.

    The restaurant staff were pleasant.

If you’re a light sleeper, you may prefer an upstairs apartment, as footsteps from above can be quite noticeable in ground-floor units.

It doesn't really have a territory or greenery you can walk around or do something alone or with kids. Internet had issues and guests were cleaning the pool from mosquitos. That was a bit weird and funny at the same time.

Old charm of classic Palm Springs. Room was big and bed comfortable. Pool was ok, too. Everything was ok for one night we spent there. Cozy, clean and compact hotel.

Nothing really, but pool and hot tub being open 24 hours can be a problem for some people with very light sleep. All the rooms doors and windows face the inside area with the pool, the sound travels far in the night. If someone's having fun after-party in the pool, it might be an issue. During our stay, there were some people in the hit tub around midnight, we just used earplugs. It is not really a downside, it is just something to be aware of.

Very nice place - big room with all the amenities, everything nice and clean. Breakfast is a bit limited in terms of options - eggs, potatoes, bacon, bread for toast, cereal, juice and coffee, but if you are not after gourmet variety, it is enough and the breakfast area has a very nice ambiance. They also have a bar adjacent to the property, which is open in the mornings and you can get something there. Bar actually looked interesting, but unfortunately we got delayed on top of San Jacinto in tram line and missed our chance to visit. The pool is decent size, and it is open 24 hours.

The only thing I didn't like was my room, in the pics looks like there are chairs in the rooms but there was no chairs or table in my room so it was a bit uncomfortable not having where to eat my kids were eating in the bed 😢 other than that I will give a 5 star

Customer Service was amazing, front desk girl, and guys in the restaurant very friendly and attentive. Love the Continental Breakfast, the pool was super clean also the decor is very cute !

Pool should be cleaned 2 x daily with skimmer, due to palm fronds. Toilet paper could be higher quality, less industrial strength.
