Needs some updates. Dryer didn't turn and advised host who contacted someone to repair ( not done on visit) Back door wood not latch so if the bolt was unlocked door would stay open.

Great location for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Away from the bustle with lots of trees and views.

It was our first time ever to be in the mountains and I did not realize how high up we were but we loved it, I guess I wish it would of mentioned in the description somewhere, and I may of missed it if it did, Fan in bedroom is loud other than that it was exceptional!

The air was set on 72 degrees and wouldn’t go down. It was just a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. The bedroom had a ceiling fan which was good for a little bit but it made a horrible noise. Throughout the night it seemed like it got worse.

I’m from Florida so I’ve never seen mountains before and I’m scared of hights. The cabin was directly on the mountain. Were that was the most peaceful experience I’ve EVER had. The drive to the cabin was scary. lol

Loved the location, seen so many bears, bed was so comfortable. Hot tub was an extra wonderful touch of greatness! Our host was so good at communicating and sending videos of the bears when we weren’t around.

Beautiful location with perfect amenities for our stay. The back deck is very peaceful and the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day. The indoor gas fireplace was beautiful in both the living room and bedroom. Having a washer and dryer in the cabin meant we didn’t have to take any dirty clothes home to worry about after our trip. This was the perfect location for us, situated near the top of the group of cabins which meant we had only a couple vehicles drive by the whole week and you’re still only 20-30 minutes away from the strip in either gatlinburg or pigeon forge!

The view from the back balcony , way too many trees . Privacy was nice but we were hoping on seeing the mountains in the morning . The pool table , could not really play due too lack of room .

The seclusion, the bed , the hot tub, close but not too close to the cities . All in all , we felt very comfortable there. Very clean.

The AC set to a higher temperature than I expected. I understand this, however we enjoy the cooler temps inside especially while sleeping. We have kids, so we are aware of leaving doors closed and taking care of things. We aren't young so we respect things and properties, so flexibility with the HVAC should be given. We burnt up at night and during the day with high temperatures outside, we decided to stay gone because it wasn't cool enough in doors. Next issue....the ceiling fan in the bedroom made terrible sounds, so bad that we couldn't sleep and it had to be cut off. So not only was it not a good night's sleep with warm air, we had no way of circulating the air and both night's sleep were not enjoyed much. Otherwise everything else was good.

Location and amenities were amazing. The property was just what we wanted.

The hot water heater is not big enough to even fill the garden tub up before running out of hot water.

The place was clean but I did notice some mold in the top corner of the shower in the master bathroom. The hot tub was great also

The room was not cleaned. The bathroom has mold the KitchenAid coffee strainer has a rust on it towels we are not cleaned. Pillowcases were dirty and pillow as well. It needs to be more updated.

Towels bathing were not clean. Most had stains on them. Sofa is a little flat and maybe needs cleaning and updated.
