The pool was nice

No water pressure and the noise coming from the room next door was unacceptable

Location good close to town. No breakfast available.

Staff never checked on room for 4 nights. Had to empty garbage and go beg for clean towels every day which were carefully counted. Towels were stained, small and many woornedout. Room and outside smelled like sewer. It was very warm and muggy so the smell was overwhelming.

Clean and quiet. Pretty spot.

AC was loud

The location was good for us. Clean towels, clean bed.

Front door was in bad shape. You could see light Around the door. Bathroom window could have used curtains or shades. Security & privacy could have been better. The staff Was very pleasant to us.

I think they do their best with a very old property

Room was very small. Too small for a sitting chair. Watched TV from the bed. Had to be careful in the shower.

the location was easy to get to

the room was not clean, the bed was not comfortable, the bed was older than me I believe and I am nearly 70. The fact that is was not cleaned well was my biggest bother. Big surfaces look clean but cobwebs and dust shows it has not had a good cleaning in a long time. The beds literally squeaked loudly when you sat down on them.

The sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom clean.

This facility needs remodeling. No heat. Was given an electric heater. No electrical outlets in the bathroom. Very few in the room.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The location is perfect for our needs.

The whole facility is old and tired. The water really smells so the room smells. There are many shortcuts taken t keep the place up, but it needs a big overhaul.

The location, price, owners were friendly, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave in room

The bathroom was outdated. But besides that, the sink was filthy on our arrival, and the drain in the tub did not work.

Room needs updating, old curtains, stale smell. I used to come here annually, but haven’t been in a couple of years and it is a little run down.

The value was great and the room was comfortable, clean, and private. The location made for an easy trip between Auburn and Skaneateles. Check-in was quick and check-out was a breeze with the key dropbox. Recommend!

I wish there had been small breakfast foods like muffins or instant oatmeal available in the morning, but that was not expected because the listing was very clear ahead of time. Overall, if I find myself in this area again, I will likely return to this inn.

We need continental breakfast

It was close to town but on a busy road with traffic all night

It was in need of a lot of repay and upgrades. The place was clean but the toilet moved when you sat in it, the bed was not comfortable, the windows did not close properly.

Dumpy room. Tacky finishings. Not clean. Incompetent staff.

Everything. Nothing was pleasant, attractive or nice.
