There was a bat outside our door. Not the hotel's fault....but it frightened me.

The room needed a deep clean and a refresh.The walls and floors had nicks and chips missing. It also looked like at one point our door was damaged and repaired.

It had a sliding glass door to a grassy area for dogs that was enclosed. The sheets were clean and we had enough towels for 2 days and didnt need housekeeping. It was near some restaurants and grocery stores.

Lighting. Daylight LED light are awful - should be using soft white. Also, the bulbs in the lamps sent all the light upwards - very little light outwards.

Room # on patio gate would have been great so you can park close to unit. Ice was not easy to find and not indicated on map. Didn’t want to pay resort fee bc didn’t use facilities.

Property definitely needs an exterior refresh. Stairway areas going to 2nd floor are in need of paint. I pre booked stating I was bringing a dog but was placed on 2nd floor. For convenience with dogs 1st floor should be provided.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms were large. It’s a good location for easy access to grocery store and close to main town center.

The room was spacious and clean, but we thought it was odd that while cleaning there was trash on the property not in bags, like they were piling it up to put in bags later, other than that it is very well kept up.

The coffee was good, nice choice of dry goods and oatmeal too. Funny enough we were there on a Monday, got there around 7:00pm and asked for a lower floor room as we had a sleeping child and was told none of the lower floor rooms were clean due to the weekend. Thought that was a bit odd but oh well. Water pressure was good, lots of warm water. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner is really loud, but we just used the fan!

Not that this really matters, but the outside could use a fresh coat of paint. When we first arrived, I was a little worried, but once we were in our room, we were very happy and content.

The room was so clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The young girl working the front desk was also very helpful when the room we were first given smelled like smoke. She made sure we had a clean, smoke-free room.

We happened to be there when there was a problem with the heating so only cold ir warm water was available. that said, they handled it beautifully by offering either a large discount or that we could cancel.

No soft pillow

Freshly cleaned, large room with kitchenette. Nice Bed, but rather stiff pillows. Wished there would have been 2 soft and 2 hard pillows so we could choose. The inn was walking distance to MANY of the cute shops in town. All around, we had a wonderful stay!

The exterior of the motel could use some painting and upgrading, but the room itself was great.

Upon arrival, the staff member at the desk greeted me warmly and checked me in efficiently. The stairwell area and some of the exterior areas could use a paint job, but upon entering the room it was very clean, well appointed, roomy, and comfortable. Based on just the room, it was an excellent place to stay.
