The walk to the lake from the top of the steep hill was not easy. Obviously going downhill was not bad but going back up was very vigorous.

Minor (or major if you have a lot of hair) quibble - water pressure was not high enough for the rainshower type showerhead. Smaller more efficient showerhead is a must. Washcloths (but not the towels) were rough and cheap. Tore one wringing it out - I'm no superman. Otherwise nearly perfect.

I was here for a racing weekend at Watkins Glen and this was a great place to stay with my son. The cabin was modern (for a cabin) and was immaculate. Ashley, the property manager was friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person. The property and facilities were very well maintained and roads/paths were smooth. After a day at the track it was great to relax, build a fire, and watch the sunset over Seneca Lake. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect. Local wineries and restaurants within a short drive. The town of Watkins Glen within 20 minutes. The cabin was perfect, very clean, comfortable and had everything you need.

The particular cottage we were given was on the upper level which normally would have an amazing view off lake Seneca, however, #15 did not have a view from the porch as this particular cottage was facing twd the trees and brush. You could only really see the lake from the small living room windows or the bedroom window which we needed to keep the blinds down for privacy. The others next to us all faced the lake.

We loved the individual little cottages and how clean and quiet the property was. Ashley was very I formative and friendly.

The cabin was small, and the sofa-sleeper was a bit uncomfortable. The AC was placed in the bedroom, attempting to cool down the whole cabin. But this is greatly overshadowed by all the positives!

The location! Stroll down to the communal area by the water. Enjoy the tranquility and wildlife. Great hospitality. Fresh and new feel to the cabin.

The bed was very noisy every time we lay down on it. The hinges on the door to the bedroom squeaked loudly. The security light on the next row of cabins above us was much too bright. It shone in the bedroom window, preventing us from sleeping. The fire pits were a major problem for us. The people staying up the hill lit their's, and thick wood smoke drifted down the hill and into our windows, giving us headaches and bothering our lungs. We had to close all of the windows, even though it was warm outside.

This place is perfect. We loved that we had our space to ourselves, no worrying about who was in the room nextdoor. It was sparking clean and very comfortable. The view is amazing. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it for others.

The property is located at Seneca Lake. It is an excellent place. Lake views. So quiet. Not far away from the sceneries of the state parks. A lot of wineries nearby.

Beautiful, secluded, and peaceful cabins nestled on the hillside of wine country. We adored the view of Seneca Lake from our private porch, the access to the dock, and the fire pits. Our cabin was also immaculate - and I am difficult to please on that front!
