The refrigerator took way too long to cool, cabin was hot during the day. The upstairs was very hot during the day. The king bed in the jacuzzi bedroom felt like it was going to dump you into the floor. The electric can opener don’t open cans and the air hockey table only works on one side.

I didn't like the fact that both bathrooms were located in bedrooms so during the night kids had to travel from upstairs to our room to use the bathroom. Which isn't horrible when it's your kids but if it were a group of friends that may be a little uncomfortable

Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Very homey and front porch rockers and swing was nice game room was nice

The cleanliness of the cabin was not great. There was mold on the shower curtains and dust was on all the decorations. The lamps had dust caked on them. The pool table was nice, the air hockey table did not work and the darts for the dart board were worn out.

Very nice cabin. Beautiful and the location was not bad. The time it took to get to Pigeon Forge was not bad and traffic on the roads was not bad at all.

I have nothing but good to say about the cabin itself. The 2 night stay for myself and 3 friends was a get away we do every year to reconnect and relax. The TV in the living room wouldn’t connect to the internet so I called the office to get this fixed and since the time was after 5 p maintenance was gone and would be next day for service. The office gal did try to help by walking us through how to check for wi fi connection and said up front we should have 2 remotes for TV, there was only 1 remote. Why should I need to be walked thru how to fix the TV in the first place? Then I’m told that maintenance would call me before their arrival the next day. She read my phone to number 2 times to me so I would be notified before maintenance showed up. After a quick trip for lunch in late morning the next day upon our return to the cabin there sets a maintenance truck then I see through the front door 2 maintenance guys lounging out on the sofa and armchair. They came on in to fix the wi fi connection.. I had not receive a call from the office nor maintenance. And one of my techie friends had been able to figure out how to connect the TV after I had got off the phone with management office during first night of stay. So if I had been called by management I could have saved them a trip and don’t like that since not an emergency why did they go into cabin when no one was there and was told by maintenance that front door wasn’t locked. I had to have a code to get in so why didn’t door lock when pulled close?

The front steps leaned a bit, causing a little difficulty, but not dangerously.

The privacy and layout of this cabin was excellent. The location was easy to get to, and easy to navigate in a large SUV.

It was Simply Amazing, just as the name says. The cabin was clean, the area quiet and it was just what we all needed to decompress from a hectic work life. It had all the basics to be our home away from home and best of all it was pet friendly so our elderly pet could be with us!

What is there not to love? This was an awesome property, one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed at!

It felt secluded but was only a short drive to the main strip. It felt very homey. Also they had a box fan in the closet of the first bedroom, I couldn’t pack my box fan due to space in the car so it was really nice that one was provided!

Cabin was great! So nice to come back from a day of fun and relax in the hot tub!! As we sat outside we had a black bear come down off the hill her 3 babies still up on the hill. (Yes we went inside) after getting a quick picture of her. Loved the cabin and hope to be back.

There was nothing we didn’t like. It just needs a good deep dusting and the bathtub/shower in the first bedroom bathroom (the one closest to the front door) needs to be unclogged.

Everything was nice and cozy! Location was GREAT! We will definitely stay here again if it is available at the time we need it!
