I can’t really say there was anything we didn’t like. We liked everything

The breakfast staff were great. Didn’t end up using a pool. And the room on top floor with that veranda seating was phenomenal. Like the parking spot love the history and also so secluded while still in the middle of things. BEST STAFF was 3-11 guy I believe he went above and beyond. He came up those stairs 4 times due to air conditioning and BAD me locking ourselves out. Plus he gave us excellent food choices and great directing us. Oh also we don’t smoke but I have a good friend who does and there was an ashtray on the veranda.

The room was quite charming. Loved it. The pools were well kept with towels on the recliners. The breakfast was advertised as small but it exceeded my expectations. A great light meal served made to order.

We didn't realize we had to let them know we had a car and their parking lot filled up. We had to use the $15 lot on Southard St.

We loved this place so much! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We stayed in the big main house- we had a lovely room there with a huge porch just for us. To walk back to the big house, we walked on a beautiful walkway with palms and lush plants that surrounded the cottages. The whole place was like a tropical garden. We loved the main pool - quiet and relaxing- just birdsong. The breakfast was so nice - we had french toast and Belgian waffles. The location is so convenient, just 2 blocks from Duval. We will come back again!

This is specific to our room, but if you get booked in the “Mansion” you may be hoofing luggage up 3 1/5 flights of stairs with no elevator. While the location was great, it’s also behind a bar that will be playing reggae music until at least midnight and VERY loudly if you are in this building. The breakfast during the week starts at 8:30, so we couldn’t take advantage, but that is what it is. Also, heads-up. Not that it’s a negative, per se, but heed their advice about booking a parking reservation. We booked last minute and these reservations were gone. Do NOT assume you get a parking spot (in fairness, they do tell you this). If you don’t book parking, you will be walking blocks with luggage to a lot where you will pay, anyway.

Excellent staff. They were superb. Very helpful in finding parking and with a property tour. Very communicative as well. One of the girls even lugged some luggage up 3 1/5 flights of stairs. They will text you both before your arrival and after to check in with you. Our room was also ready a bit early. The property itself is beautiful and has an excellent location near Duval Street. They also have on-site parking, if you can get it…which is a big plus. Our room had great AC (which isn’t always the case in Key West) and was very comfortable. I couldn’t get the TV to work initially, but someone was up within literally minutes and it was ready to go. Again, staff was A+.

C7B ,toilet has no ventilation. It had an non functional air extractor, which after I checked, realized it hasn't worked for a very long time. All rusted. The Iron Board as well ,all rusted.
