Pool was closed at some point, they should have just shared that at the moment of booking, not once you arrive.

Nice room, the pool is great too, but the highlights was the food at the bar!

The fountain restaurant was below average. food was low buffet level. thoroughly disappointed with the runny eggs and bacon. Overpriced. In the morning there is not enough security making sure the hotel is secure. It's in downtown.

The restaurant downstairs was absolutely horrible. We have been there before for the bottomless brunch, and it has definitely gone downhill since then. Typical hotel restaurant prices but the food and service did not meet up to our expectations. We each had a Bloody Mary and the garnish bar had mold on both the tomatoes and the cheese! The bacon tasted days old.

Paying $50 to valet a car & the room was 90 degrees when got in. Fan at 65 was blowing warm air. Opened windows but took about 30 minutes before we could relax so we went to the bar.

Hotel had a convenient location for our visit purposes - we were able to easily access & walk around Downtown San Jose. Valet attendants were friendly & inviting upon our arrival. Lobby bar was aesthetically appealing & sizable with plenty of seating. Pool area was relaxing - I lounged there with my morning coffee as the airplanes flew by. There were a few issues with bathroom supplies - I called for more towels & a bath mat (which I thought would have been a standard inclusion for safety purposes). Pricing was particularly high relative to other similar area hotels. Not sure if the extra expense was justifiable for us.

Lovely ambient bar. Pool toilets were closed and it was a bit tired in parts, room was a bit noisy from the trams despite being on the 14th floor. Window from next doors room looked into mine and vice versa so had to draw the curtains more than I would like

Lobby and redesign of the hotel was beautiful, we enjoyed drinks at their bar. Room was spacious and clean and the pool was a welcome break from the heat.

The elevators at one point were out of service on a busy night, at one point our group got kicked out of the lobby area, and it felt just "okay", not worth the premium compared to other hotels.

The hotel was in a great location not far from the tram, and a very walkable distance from the convention center. The room we stayed in was good and matched the website description!

The individual room with the toilet in it is cramped in the bathroom, there was no fan for the bathroom, and the shower floor needs some kind of rubber mat or something to prevent a bad fall that’s waiting to happen. No microwave in room.

The rooms were very spacious, had a little walk in closet, bathroom was spacious with a nice big shower. The mini fridge was nice and cold, there were coffee pods, an espresso coffee maker and a tea kettle with tea bags available for guests to use. There was even a vanity mirror complete with a single bench-like chair for guests to use to apply facial products.

The furniture in the room didn’t match one another or the size. There should have been and could have been two bedside stands. The elevators are outdated and are loud.
